No need to drop emails. Check well, maybe you made a mistake somewhere. Did you fulfill the eligibility requirement? I did it once and there was no issue with it? Although, I used a PC, but I am sure there won't be any issue with it if you use a phone.

Dude, I used the phone for 5 months before it was stolen, my friend is using the same phone. The only good thing about the phone is the battery and camera quality. Every other thing na zero, quote me anywhere.

That's not true.

That's the truth. You have to return to your home country for at least 2 years after your studies. If you want to stay behind, you can apply and if your application is granted, you will be allowed to further your studies, but immediately after the extension, you will have to go back to your country for twice the amount of time you spent in Australia. So, if you do PHD for 3 years, you will be required to return to Nigeria for 6 years and if you don't, you will be a debtor to the Australian Government and you will have to pay back the money spent on you. So, if you are applying because you want Permanent Residency or something, then you need to have a rethink, but if it is just for studies, then you can go ahead and apply. This is a very good scholarship scheme for those who just want to study. Also, try as much as possible to read the conditions for scholarship.

You can't fill the form online. After requesting for the application form, it will be forwarded to your email. You will need to download it and fill it with a computer. When you finish, you will submit your application through attaching it to an email and sending.

Well, I haven't used Tecno Camon C9 but I used Gionee M5 for some months before it was taken by the 'real owners'. I can tell you authoritatively that Gionee front and back cameras are both very good. The battery backup is also good. You might not like the phone cause of its weight, poor sunlight visibility and heating problem. Despite the fact that I am having a personal beef with tecno, I will advice you to go for the Camon C9 because of the reviews and looks of the phone. 3000 MaH is not bad for a phone actually...
