Why call for declaration of state of emergency in Zamfara state? Is it no longer a simple case of local criminal banditry according to buhari's terrorist govt? If state of emergency should be declared in Zamfara because of BANDITS, then state of emergency may as well be declared in Lagos state. Lagos has more bandits than Zamfara state.
