sell all the refinery as scrap for 1 dollar to an international company who can revamp it with huge investment and manage it efficiently.

Government don't have refineries in United State, UK, France, Italy etc. Refineries are own by private corporations. Nigeria govt should stop investing and wasting money on Refineries.

Selling of refineries was recommended in the last administration but enemies of progress/GEJ hatters kicked against it. I remember OBJ even sold Nigerian refineries before leaving power in 2007 but was quickly reversed by Yaradua's govt.
People with outdated economic brain who believe that govt should be in the business of refineries are the caused of Nigeria's sufferings today!
