Since you'll be traveling from Lagos, l suggest you travel with Aktc and you have to book ahead, if you are flying then Ibom air is your best plug. Once you arrive in uyo, if you can afford take a direct cap to your destination in Oron, an hour journey on average. Alternatively take a trycicle (Keke), tell the rider to stop you at lfa junction or lbiaku junction all in Oron road Uyo, you'll get public caps or buses going to Oron, l think they charge N500, if you don't like agbero stuffs then tell the rider to take you directly to timber market park off timber junction Oron Road Uyo, you'll see vehicles going to Oron, though they charge higher and you may be delayed. Their final bus stop in Oron is Secretariat Junction. Once you alight take a bike to Maritime, they charge N50 or slightly high. Oron is a cool place, have a nice stay

She refused giving me permanent appointment letter after one year as she said because I told her to increase my salary after one of week of employment,y'all knew about the story. What i don't understand is how working for an organization to add value means the organization is doing you a favour when you're not begging for money, i absolutely dislike the idea of people treating me like trash. Except you don't believe in your ability and potential. Save some money and set up something you could live off while searching for a better place where your value will be appreciated rather than ridicled .

Before taking the job, you have the option of negotiating to an amount you feel should be okay for you. I believe you were told the things you will be doing during the course of the interview and i expect you to have a knowledge of what the workload will look like already.

Put in more effort, create an impression you are indispensable and then you can demand for an increase.

Am Dying In Silent! What Do I Do?

I got a work in missionary school. The Reverend sister in charge said I will be on probation for 12 months with #45k take home monthly.

As someone who has been at home for months I just accepted the job. After one week in the office, I found out that the work was heavy on me to the extent that I will go home with lots of them to do at home. I went back to her and pleaded if she can add small money to my salary, so she got angry and told me that they will pay me for the one week I worked for, that they don't need my type of person to work with them, that It seems that I like money too much. I cried that day to the extent that I can't open my eyes very well. She later said that she will give me second chance but she will reduce my salary to 42k.

I wrote an apology letter to her and I specifically told her to forgive for the sake of my mother and my son because am a single mother and am the one taking care of them. When I received the alert, I saw truly that she removed the money.

She doesn't respond to my greetings, other privileges she gave to workers," I no dey smell am",she acknowledged other new workers, she did not call my name.. Please I need advice because am just there because I don't have option. Am dying in silence!
