So bad

Racism is once again consuming and taking over our beautiful game

It's already been a torrid season for some black players, most notably
Tammy Abraham
Marcus Rashford
Paul Pogba
Romelu Lukaku
Mario Balotelli

If you watched the match between England and Bulgaria, you will see racism at it's peak

FIFA urgently need to do something ASAP

#SayNoToRacism

Celebrities › Re: Can You Spot The Error On This Government Vehicle Number Plate (photo) by Sabby1(m): 4:43am On Nov 03, 2019
The plate number was produced by a typical northerner. In their intonation, 'P' represent 'F' and vice versa.

It's supposed to be CHIEF WHIP
Phones › Re: Motorola Razr 2019 Foldable Phone Pictures And Specifications by Sabby1(m): 7:25pm On Nov 02, 2019
From the supposed rumoured specifications, the phone have a poor battery life (2,730 mAh) for such an exorbitant price which is roughly #604,080 (Assuming $1 is #360)

The OLED display is a wonderful one. OLEDs display are brighter than LEDs and but their main disadvantages are: water can easily damage it and also it's lifespan
Phones › Re: Four Brands That Have True Nigerian Roots by Sabby1(m): 11:40am On Nov 02, 2019
UAC foods undoubtedly have massive Nigeria root especially with GALA, SWAN water, SUPREME ICE CREAM and FUNTIME CUPCAKE.

I think TECNO mobile have more Nigeria root than ITEL mobile. If not for TECNO mobile, probably an average Nigerian would rarely use Android phone due to the exorbitant prices and maybe I will still be using my Nokia Asha 210
Politics › Re: Is Nigeria Not Doomed? by Sabby1(m): 8:38am On Nov 01, 2019
Nigeria is not doomed

Must we always blame the government?

As a Nigerian, what have you given back to the society and nation?

Have you really performed your civic duty?

With all due respect, we have bad leaders.....yes, what about bad followers?

It's really high time we put our heads, hands and hearts together to work towards achieving a common goal

nairalandankrah:
In the short run, how will those states pay salaries
When the decision to make states independent is proclaimed, there will financial support from the Federal government for a given period of time, probably one or two years or otherwise pending when an average or below average state can finance their budget
Politics › Re: Can EL-Rufai Win Tinubu in a presidential Election? by Sabby1(m): 7:49am On Nov 01, 2019
nairalandankrah:
Some states lack that capacity
Personally, I believe all states in Nigeria have the capacity to finance their own activities. There are so many untapped resources and sources of wealth in this country yet to be exploited and unless states are independent of the federal government those resources will remain unexploited
Politics › Re: Can EL-Rufai Win Tinubu in a presidential Election? by Sabby1(m): 7:32am On Nov 01, 2019
They are both incapable of fixing Nigeria.

The best thing that will happen to Nigeria is for States to be independent and fund their activities from their own income, earnings and revenue

Anyway, some tribal bigots will come to this thread just to display their stupidity

Culture › Re: King Mswati III Of Eswatini Swaziland Buys 19 Rolls Royce For His 15 Wives by Sabby1(m): 7:15am On Nov 01, 2019
mansakhalifa:
Alright dude, you need to relax. First of, you need to understand that the man is an ABSOLUTE monarch- about one of only 5 or 6 absolute monarchs left in the world.
And as such, he has unfettered powers and every single thing in that country , including the "national treasury" that you are talking about belongs to him. As a matter of fact, that national treasury is pretty much the King's private banking account and he can so bloody do as he pleases with it.

Under an absolute monarchy, you can't question the king no matter what he does cos you never elected him in the first place. He rules by "divine rights" or at least, that's what they all cling to. And heck, no, there's no such thing as "checks and balances". That clumsy term only exists in "democrazies".

An absolute monarch is an autocrat. A totalitarian. He is guided by whims and caprices. Not laws. And even where those laws do exist, he is Solon. He is Hammurabi. He is Draco. He is the law-giver. The law is what he says it is and he can tweak it to suit his whims however and whenever he so chooses.
It's crazy man.

And sorry 'bout the epistle.
Alright, thanks for the epistle

Nevertheless, most African leaders are self-oriented. Only God can help us
Politics › Re: Dear Nigerians, This Is Not Our National Flag (see Photos) by Sabby1(m): 11:33pm On Oct 31, 2019
OP, do you want to modify our national flag?

The Nigerian flag with the coat of arm printed on it is what we refer to as "ALL IN ONE" flag.

Personally, I think the flag with the coat of arms printed on it is preferable because, nowadays most kids don't even know the Nigerian coat of arm, what it stands for or its description.

Nevertheless, wetin concern me?

Swaziland is one of the poorest nation not just in Africa but also in the world and one chairman is purchased the very expensive Roll Royce Cullinan SUV for his wives.........and this definitely will be from the nation's treasury

African leaders are specialist in looting

Imagine some of the carryover students celebrating more than the gurus or average students or imagine some of the students not knowing that they wouldn't graduate with their mate

Anyway, carryover doesn't determine the future.....God does

Sometimes you just have to forget the past and present and enjoy life

NYSC did well expelling her. From looks, she must definitely be one of those hovering and jumping from one lecturer to other and probably come online bashing lecturers with respect to #SexForMark

There was a country..........NIGERIA

It is high time we refuse to allow the excuses in our mind to grow into giants that keep us from living up to our full potential.
- Shaun King

Nigeria is one of the greatest nation that has failed to live up to expectations, bidding and potential.
Imagine the abundance of minerals and natural resources, the perfect geographical location, the awesome vegetation and the wonderful human resources and we still find it difficult to reach or attain our full potential.

Sometimes, thinking of Nigeria could give one BP
Nonetheless, God bless NIGERIA

That would be lovely, but with respect to science, 89% is not good enough. They really and seriously need to research more and attain about 98-99% but until then, 89% seem a probable value.

Even dettol soap in its own capacity kills 99.9% germs
