Government support isn't all about financial assistance, but creating a conducive environment and atmosphere for citizens to express or showcase their passion.

I love street art so much but it is quite rare in Nigeria. Though, there are plethora of talented street artist here in Nigeria but support from government, private and NGOs still elude them.

I can't believe this until I see a typed document/hard copy. From my little experience in education, there is no higher institution (both public and private) in Nigeria where result is published handwritten.
