I installed AMPPS so that i can install joomla 3.2 but when it reaches d time to create database it keeps processing but never finished. After all odds i uninstalled it and installes WAMP but to my suprise it also kept processing to no avail just like AMPPS. Pls what might have been d cause.

pls i downloaded WAMP but when am creating database it hang just as it does when i was using AMPPS. Could it be cause by d joomla version 3.2 that am using? Pls help me out.
