Bros, for your information some CIVIL ENGINEERS are even more quacks than expected, meet 10 of civil engineering graduate give them dreawing to design and detail it for you, you will hadly get two out of them. They will all tell you that they specialize on highway but they will practice building construction. What do you call those engineers? Is better you talk of structural engineers, I'm saying this from experience
