All my 10 employees have been verified, but only 9 of them have their names appears on the portal why the name of last employee on the list did not appear but verified.

You'll have to clean those xxxxxxxx and replace it with your BVN,then it will take you to you approval page where you will be able to update(re-insert) your account details and re-resubmit

Yes, every June applicants will surely get the loan provided the application is well submitted , that is why they're reducing the amount requested for so that the money can go round, the remaining June applicants should expect approval messages tomorrow Friday, furthermore NMFB has promised to conclude the covid-19-support loan this month being October,this means that all the pending approval and all the disbursement will be done this month.
