Na wa oh...The baby of the house and already a Phd Holder and you still want us to be taking decisions for her? Well is she going to be eating a full COW every month? If YES...then that 130k is just about the amount of a matured cow oh...But If NO...and maybe if she prefers something within the size of Bonga/Dry fish..then she should be able to cope well with the 130k/month. |

Amaaskia: Well, I have plenty 'common sense' and that, these days- can be called being smart. Is being self-assertive also termed smartness? |
iamdsam: Hmmm... Don't know what to postThat's because you know you just discovered you weren't smart, i admire your confidence though. |

macklef: i can only laff at u..i dont blame u, i blame ASUU n d whole educational system in Nigeria. cos if not dumb self-opinionated pipu lyk u shud ave been refferd into taking a 4yrs course on how to hawk GALA on third mainland bridge.Very Funny Indeed, why are you wasting your parents resources on your education? So you think because we are in a faceless forum like NL, you can rat off that gutter you call your mouth. SMDH...4U.! Pray that ASUU/ASUP calls off its strike on time so that you can go back to your miserable schooling. No go push wheelbarrow....mschewww! |
No that's not me. I'll ignore the other part of ur post. P.S: internship is different from residency.(I can't let this one slide )
Dolly- Parton...Hmm...The only dolly-parton i know of is a Real life Doll... . So i rest my case...! |
Penboy: whether JS3 exam is important or not, for all i care its part of his accomplishments. Simple mathematics or broader horizon would have made you know that its junior waec. BTW i tried googling his name but i couldn't find any of his profiles whatsoever!.Why google his profile....Are you a stalker? And by the way why does it seem you are excessively obsessed by this fellow when they are thousands and chunks of Nigerians out there like him who are just waiting for a similar and better opportunity like his to be known. For one who claims to possess simple maths skill and a broader horizon, your jejunic act speaks volume of you. |

macklef: so wats ur point now.. why are we delibrating on someone elses achievements like dis na...where did this one come out from? Who released you from your Cage? You think everyone must be crude and un-refined like you isn't it? Mschewww...go and look for your owner please. |
dr dams: Spik lyk a Nigerian please.. WAEC is incharge of JSCE and SSCE .. Haba!! U guys are jst used to calling SSCE Waec and Neco.. It was nt clearly stated as WASSCE either..What is the meaning of "Spik" please..? Look at this numb skull still trying to air his opinion, i'm 100% percent sure you SPEAK out of your anus. Re-read my post again and understand clearly...! And don't let this degenerate into an insultive thread. Ok..run along and go grab your lunch pack now. |
Penboy: the 2004 waec thing could have been for the junior category i.e jss3.Stop extrapolating information that we can easily discern for ourselves. In the post, it was WAEC that was boldly stated and not JSCE, even if it was, who gives a hoot about an irrelevant exam like the JS3 exam around this sphere. It is only the main WAEC that carries that sort of publicity and not JS3 exam. |
I do not understand ur analogy, but all am saying is that, grade might not be indicated on their certificate (uk and irish medical graduates) but they are still required to submit their cGPA(in the form of decile) in order to get matched for internship. So at the end of the day, its not a pass or fail issues in med school, its about ur grades on each exam u take which end up to be your cGPA.
Ma'am my analogy should be quite easy for you to understand since you said you studied Medicine. I didn't quote any Rocket science. Well, the crux of it all is that...the qualification to get to do a Residency/housemanship( am sure that was what you meant when you stated internship) for Med. Students in the Uk still hinges on the pass level. In the Uk, it's referred to as residency and not internship and to qualify, it still bores down to the distinction/fail assessment thing. And as long as you meet up with the overall minimium pass level on conversion( for those whose system is different from the Uk) irrespective of grades attained in all your courses, you are allowed to do your residency. It seems you are liking the drag of this argument. Now, answer this - Is that you on your profile..? |
Idi Amin: Ogboni members in displayAre you one of their Members? |
Did you know? - These two OBA's are in-laws. Yes, they are related by marriage because an Edo princess i.e a daughter to The OBA of Benin is married to one of the Son's of The OBA of Lagos. I doubt many of you knew that. |
He's a genius!!!
You have only repeated what the opening post said about him. |
aaidel: and he decided to hang around in secondary school for another two years getting the best waec result and best jamb score? there is nothing to let slide the truth is in the fine details because what is written doesnt make any sense chronologicallyWe are both on the same page here...i only further highlighted your investigative prowess. |
Ireland is not part of commonwealth. That aside, when u apply for internship in UK,Ireland and Malta, they ask for ur decile which is a criteria for who gets into the programme first and decile are normally calculated on CGPA. Therefore in reality they operate the CGPA system.
Is that you in the funny meme profile pics? anyway that aside, i never mentioned Ireland was a commonwealth country likewise my mention of Egypt. When you take the gallon and litre measurements system to become equivalents of each other, does that mean they are the same and when one is used in a particular country, does it directly imply both are used.? Use this analogy to get the picture of my stand on this. |
