I have read the write up and didn't see where they said they are closing Aba factory or that the sit at home is a problem.

Sometimes I ask my self, what type of inferiority complexe will make other tribes, like the Yoruba tribe to always dream and talk about Ndigbo. Una no dey tire? If I were to be a Yoruba man, I would truly be ashamed of my tribesmen.

You are a stack illiterate and you know that, go back and know what the job of NAFDAC is, VDM that reported you "god" to them is more intelligent than you.

Who is talking about spirituality, your god should try that in Europe, he will not only be arrested but be thrown to fail for misleading the public.

So you expect NAFDAC to register some useless "miracle" water from one funny criminal, what do you take the NAFDAC for, a kind of place where kids play "hide and seek".

I don't blame you, you really need an IQ boosting.

You are also very luck I wasn't able to upload pictures, I would have cleared your ignorance once.

FUNCTIONS OF NAFDAC

The functions of NAFDAC as provided in the enabling law that establishes it are to:
Regulate and control the importation, exportation, manufacture, advertisement, distribution, sale and use of food, drugs, cosmetics, medical devices, bottled water, Chemicals and detergents (Regulated Products);
Conduct appropriate tests and ensure compliance with standard specifications designated and approved by the Council for effective control of quality of regulated products and their raw materials as well as their production processes in factories and other establishments;

This was gotten from the NAFDAC website, you can see clearly where "testing" of products was stated as one of their functions. Well, I don't blame you. Most of you here are kids who don't know anything aside what you read on Facebook and Twitter. I know much about NAFDAC because I have been opportuned to manage a factory where I sealed directly with most of their officials.

This press release should have focused solely on registration/non-registration status of the consumable products.
NAFDAC has no business with miracle or magical claims.

A smart lawyer will make the miracle issue a red herring and may get the case destroyed based on technicality.

NAFDAC has already answered the most important question.
Was the product registered, NO.

Then the next step should be arraignment and prosecution.

See how you just disgraced yourself by trying to sound smart, you sounded like an illiterate alamajeri. What do you think NAFDAC is all about? An agency where you just bring products to be registered without due testing to know the efficiency of the products?

You think NAFDAC have not tested it and confirmed that it is fake? Una go dey call lawyer lawyer, like say na drama...

Politics / Re: How Far So Far, Hope Peter Obi And Obidients Are Learning Their Lessons? by Saintinoo(m): 9:45am On Sep 04
Penguin2:
During the election, most of us threw our weight behind the best candidate on offer who was none other than Peter Obi.

But some people, because of tribalism, shortsightedness or outright ignorance, chose to vilify Peter Obi and Obidients, promising to teach them a lesson.

When after the election, INEC announced Tinubu, they were supposedly laughing at Obi and his supporters that they will learn lessons.

But yesterday I was coming back from work and due to lack of fuel, we pulled over to get fuel from a black marketer and he said 5litres of fuel was N8000. That’s N1,600 per litre. And this was in Lagos o. I could only imagine what it would be in places like Sokoto and Kano.

Now, the price of fuel has gone almost times 4 and it is still not available.

Because of the price of fuel, price of transportation has gone astronomically higher, and with it would be the price of commodities again.

So, my fellow countrymen, hope Peter Obi is learning his lessons?

Can anybody confirm if he’s still able to afford one litre of fuel?

Or a paint of garri?

Who knows if he’s still able to feed Margaret once a day?

Huh?

My bloda, we are learning oooo. Just came back from class where lecturer Adamu and Wale taught us Politics 203. As you know, we are in the second year of our 4 years course.

They have a slightly good point than you. Most of your are comparing petrol prices forgetting the "exchange rate" which plays a vital role in petrol pricing in different countries. Although you have a very good point too, but, if our currency is a bit stronger to the dollar, we won't be buying petrol at #1200.

Romance / Re: She Cooked Noodles And She Lied. Red Flag by Saintinoo(m): 8:02am On Aug 28
Ayomide11111:
Should I consider what happened yesterday? Nairaland pls advice.

I came back from the studio yesterday's afternoon and I met my girlfriend in my house, yes she has one of my spare keys, I entered the house and I went straight to the kitchen.

I met her washing plates in the kitchen and I greeted her that she has done well but when I was about to leave the kitchen I observed that the kitchen walls were wet because anytime you cook in my kitchen the tiles on the walls gets wet due to the heat. Then, I asked her "babe what did you cook?" She said nothing that she only boiled water. I believed her and I did not suspect her because of the response but I was kind of thinking the water must have boiled over 100°c for those tiles to get wet.

I left the kitchen and I went to the bedroom when I got to the bedroom I saw some trashes she left undisposed and I was irritated and I decided to go and disposed them but when I got to our refuse bin I saw a fresh egg shells and some fresh noodles' pieces, I was kind of confused that which of my neighbors would have left his/her waste bin and come to used mine. Yet, I never thought too much because I knew it was my girlfriend, maybe she just wants to pull my legs that was why she lied at first, I concluded.

When I got inside I found her inside the bedroom, she's done washing plates, then I put it to her jokingly "babe next time you cook noodles and eggs make sure you dispose the nylons properly because you didn't do it well today." As if I ignited a flame she took it up with me angrily that why should I be saying that, that she never cooked anything since morning and I was accusing her wrongly....bla..bla..bla..bla... And she acted so real and dry like as if truly she didn't cook.

Mind you, that she cooked wasn't my problem, why would I get disturbed that my girlfriend cooked and ate in my house? But every evidences I was seeing were making me to ask her if truly she cooked but she kept denying and not that I got angry at this point.

I told her to forget about everything that not that I'm suspecting her but I just felt all what I have been seeing showed me that you cooked and not that I will kill you if you did. You're my woman why would you lied to me if you do things in my home. We shut the chapter and everyone was fine.

After like 5 minutes I went to the kitchen to cook beans, personally I don't like it when my gas cooker is dirty but my girl is a messy lady she doesn't care and I have been fighting over this on how to sort her out. I decided to clean the gas cooker and immediately as I raised the stand I saw enough fresh noodles at the angle corners of the gas Cylinder. I stood up and gave it a thought. After, I decided to show her so that she would not deny it. I called her to come to the kitchen and when she got to the kitchen I showed her and she could not say anything.

Then I asked her "as little as cooking noodles and you lied. Why did you lie on this very little matter? Why babe? " Not that that I will quarrel with you why you cooked and eat. Why? When I was coming from the studio I have already bought things that we are going to eat. Why such a big denial and lie on a little matter? Why?

Pls Nairaland I suggested this is one of the RED FLAGS. Isn't it? Pls advice.

Got tired of reading... While, that is not my problem but the red flag here is that you are too stupid give your keys to a supposed girlfriend. Sorry for the insult though.

In summary, your relationship with that girl will end in tears, I am not wishing you bad luck, just saying from experience.

Two men have been caught attempting to perform a money ritual using sand taken from three different bank locations.

Confessing to the accusation, they revealed that they planned to collect sand from three banks—Access Bank, Wema Bank, and UBA—for the ritual. Speaking in the Yoruba dialect, they explained how they intended to carry out the ritual.

The question is, can sand collected from banks actually be used for such purposes?

Let's hear your thoughts in the comments.

I have been saying this to people I know, as an Igbo man, I rather stay with a hausa man, respect his religion and be safe than to stay with a Yoruba man. Though, I believe their are good Yoruba too.

A Hausa man will only attack you if you insult or threaten his religion. He doesy care if you are prosperous in his town, as Hausa men have also started learning business from Igbo men. But a Yoruba man will kill you, destroy you business and not know how to manage it because he of envy.

The restructuring of Nigeria where every region or state manages it resources and governs itself internally still remains the solution to Nigeria problem.

Change leaders all you want, nothing will change, although total dissolution of the country would have been better, but we are not yet matured for that.

The insecurity in Nigeria have come to stay, people are making mad money from it, Nigeria is gone to the dogs.
