You should first simply not panic or worry, the email you have received is an indication that the decision making center may take longer and hence notifying you, and the reasons for the same could vary, either you have not provided adequate documentation and they wish to carry out their internal checks to conclude the application.



There could also be a possibility where they wish to conduct an interview with you in order to confirm the genuineness of the facts mentioned in your application.

Let's be prayerful. From people's comment here, empty nsf may mean that they are buying more time to make decision on the applications. Let's be hopeful. Some people got empty nsf in my group yesterday too

We did bio on Wednesday. MA did priority & got visa collection mail and brp yesterday. Dependant received empty nsf yesterday around 2pm.

My child just got empty nsf not quite long .

Got a non straight forward mail stating unfortunately my application hasn't been straight forward on the 8/11. I haven't heard back from them requesting for any thing else.
Please is it too early for a paid mail?

I am also experiencing the same thing. Did bio on Tuesday, got empty NSF on Thursday made a paid phone call not quite long . I was told to be patient till next week Tuesday or Wednesday, that today makes it 2 working days that the application got to them .

Hello house , I categorized my child introduction/sponsor letter and account statement as sponsor instead of finance when self uploading . Should I be worried ?

He called his bank today, they increased his limit and the transaction still got declined, that is the troubling part.

I just tried it again few minutes ago , still the same decline..
