1. Cylinder 1 injection vol = 0.120 mL
2. Catalyst monitor = not available
3. Monitor of fuel system = not available
4. Oxygen sensor (o2s)(A/FS) monitor = not available.
5. State #1 of fuel system = CL
6. State #2 of fuel system = unused
7. Monitor result of fuel system = Compl
8. Heated catalyst monitor = not available
9. Temperature of catalyst Bank 1 sensor 1 = 407.8°C.
10. Temperature of catalyst Bank 1 sensor 2 = 202.1°C
11. AF Lambda Bank 1 sensor 1 = 0.988
12. AFS Voltage Bank 1 sensor 1 = 3.18v.
The engine type is 3ZRFE, toyota avensis 2011.
Honestly, the fuel consumption of this car is huge. 60 ltrs can only cover 410km city driving and I rarely use AC.

PS. The scan suggested that my engine system is OK. The air filter is clean, the spark plugs are clean, the exhaust is not clogged. The only issues are VSC/ traction control and headlamp.

Please assist me.. thank you.

Your transmission turbine (input) speed sensor is located on your transmission just under the air cleaner box. Have it replaced (I’m inferring from your scan result).

Good afternoon @kingreign and other automobile gurus, i was able to scan the car and the result obtained is P0717.
Also, traction control sign appeared on the dashboard. How can this be cleared?

How can i go about this pls. I'm really spending much on fuel and this is draining me financially.

I may have acted ignorantly but it's been working well for months now

By doing exactly this, i lost my Honda accord engine in 2018. After stuffing the exhaust with wire mesh, I used the car for about 2 years, after that it started giving out white smoke.

From what you put forward, they look like tip of an iceberg compared to what we face in our father's land Nigeria. So, if e no favour, just comeback home please.

That was the time when most women were sane.
