You sin is not the worst, don't let it weigh you down, forgive yourself cus I believe God has forgiven you.

Stay close to God, yield yourself to him and ask him for the grace to live above sin. Pray ceaselessly. Ask the Saints to interceed for you especially our blessed mother, she is caring and understanding.

Few things to tell you.

1) Whatever you do in life without considering God's stand or will, you are bound to fail and regret.
2) In your relationship, you should put God first.

You wanted to go ahead of God by engaging in fornication by God simply want to let you know that the final decision rests with him.

If you truly love this man as you said, and you are convinced he's the right person, go ahead and marry him, please get married and legally wedded before God and see what God can do, I've seen it happen before.

@ Op do you really want to commit suicide for the above reasons? Then you need a rethink. If you need a friend whom you can always talk to when your family and friends desert you, I will gladly be there for you and I mean every word of it. I've seen people who faced far worse situations and I've seen them overcome it, yours can't be different. If you kill yourself, then you failed over and over again. In life there are times you will find yourself in difficult situations whether you will get out of it or not depends largely on you.

If you are still alive as you read this, you can send me PM. Killing yourself is the worst thing you can do to yourself. I pray God give you the heart to reconsider.

To your question, I personally have deep respect for priests but I believe you don't just wake up and jump into priesthood. You have to ask yourself some salient questions like
Why do you want to choose priesthood over other vocations
Have you made up your mind to live a celibate life?
Are you willing to sacrifice your time and energy for the benefit of those who will look up to you as a priest?
Are you willing to live a prayerful life interceeding for all and sundry?
Above all have you seek the face of God and discovered his will concerning the issue? Etc

If your answers to the above are positive, then you should go ahead, but on each step, rely on God for your success.
