In thesame environ where you type, look down below the submit button, you will see 4 options written "Browse", lick on any of them and it will take you to you pictures, scroll down and select the picture you wish to upload, once you click select, the address or link to the picture will appear in front of the "browse"
Click on submit and the picture will be uploaded here

Or

Just open the picture you want to upload, copy the address, come back here, and paste it inside the box where you type your text. Don't forget to place the link in between this...[img]The link should be here[/img]
Click on submit

I usually use the first option because if you use the second, anybody who quote your post will automatically quote the picture but on the first, your picture is separated from you text.

Realise that prior to this verse, in verse 15, God said something

Deut 18:15 I will raise a prophet like unto thee (Moses) from thy midst

God made it clear that he is raising this prophet from their midst (israel) because by now, the ishmaelites have gone their way and not part of the israelites. So from thy midst, among your brethren here is referring to the israelites and not the ishmaelites.
