It seems everybody is against this except you and very few people, Here is WHY!

What people are concerned is that this kind of practice puts the industry in a bad light especially domainers that do outbound marketing.

Just Imagine that you're an end user and someone contacts you about a domain. When you now decide to buy the domain you now discover that the said person doesn't really own the name.

The first thing that comes to mind of the end users is that the person is trying to sell what he doesn't own = (Fraud).

Except you're telling the end user that you're a broker or that you just want to inform them about the availability of the domain name, but it is a bad practice to talk about "price" without actually owning the name.

One or two people doing this may not be causing so much harm, but just imagine if every single outbound domainer is doing the same thing.

End-users will stop taking us seriously and it will affect everybody. The best way to make this business sustainable is by allaying all fears that domain outbound marketers are scammers or dishonest.
