Today will make it 12 good days, since i made my last withdrawal from an atm (access bank) though i bank with UBA, on the 05/05/2017 (Friday) i tried to make a withdrawal of 10k from an access bank atm, i was debited immediately but the money didn't come out. And dat was the last 10k in my account, i was worried, and its my first time such thing is happening to me, i reported the situation to one of the security guards there, he said i shud wait for 24 hours, dat it wud be reversed. I went home, waiting and hoping to get an alert of my money been reversed. But i didn't get an alert and i checked my account balance from my mobile, i still didn't see anything. I went to my bank (UBA) on the 08/05/2017 (Monday) and picked up the cash dispense error form and fill out the necessary details and summited. The guy that collected the form from me Said i shud expect my money in 4 days time, my people today is 17/05/2017 the 4 days never still reach? Pls help me and move dis topic to front page. I urgently need advice on how to get my money back. what shud i do? 10k is not sumtin someone shud be messing with in dis hardship.

You should report this to your bank when they don't act up on time forward the complains to CBN customer care. They would in turn force your bank to comply timely.
