Greetings to the fruitful mamas in the house. I have been quietly following this thread before I got married and after. I have been ttc for almost a year now. I went for ultrasound and it showed significant fluid in the pouch of Douglas. I went for HVS (doctor didn't tell me the exact result as it was done in the hospital laboratory). I started treatment and was given Ciproflaxin and metronidazole intravenously for for 5 and 3 days respectively with an intramuscular injection which I don't know. We decided to move to Ado Ekiti early this year and would really appreciate anyone that can recommend a good gynaecologist in Ado Ekiti(not in teaching hospital). My doctor in Lagos prescribed clomid for my next cycle but I don't want to have a clomid cycle without thorough supervision. Fertility blessings to all.

You mean we are all pawns in his playbook? He allows boko haram to kill his own worshippers because it pleasures him. He brought down the church building in Akwa Ibom on people who gathered to worship him because it pleasures him. He inflicts terrible diseases on children and then watch them die in pain because it pleasures him. And, he will burn billions of people who happens to be sinners according to rules from his playbook forever in a place called hellfire because it pleasures him.

Really, you just described a very weird character that I don't want to ever have anything with if your description truly represents him. Seriously, you just make the devil character looks more appealing and the lesser evil. Hell won't be a bad option after all if your description truly represents God.
No one can comprehend Him. Call Him whatever you like but I'm sure we all believe there is a Supreme being who can't be questioned. He clearly stated that 'He'll show mercy unto who He'll show mercy'. His ways are God's ways not human ways. Since the first man and woman sinned and were chased out of the garden, men lived upon the face of the earth not as liberals but as people under punishment. The death of Christ is the only redeeming grace we have. Not to be free from the pains of this world but to be sure of a comfortable after life experience. 'since the days of John the Baptist the Kingdom of God suffers violence and only the violent takes it by force'. Violence in this context can be substituted with 'perseverance, endurance' because there are things that would make men ask questions but those who want to gain back that pleasure and relationship lost in the garden, they must persevere. Who can then explain why things played out like it did? He remains the Supreme one.

you mean we are all pawns which he plays with. Please defend God the way it will be reasonable. Am not ones play thing
Read again and note the part where I said 'clears it for me'. You are allowed to believe whatever rocks your boat dear but please give your reasonable defence while you are at it. Who can defend Him? He who loved Jacob and disliked Esau while they were still in the womb. He who allowed a man to be born blind for His glory to be known. He who gives children to the concubine but leaves the housewife who married as virgin barren. The One who allowed the calamities that came upon Job. He who hardened the heart of the Egyptian king. He who allowed Judas betray his master and died for the betrayal but prayed for Peter who did worse to receive grace. I don't know who can defend Him. Neither do I know who can comprehend His ways.

Akin1212:

If your god or your creator, whatchacallit, is subjected to pleasure, then he is a tyrant. And please tell him, his pleasurable moments have been duely noticed, like those you guys claimed in the old testament. I am talking about Sodom and Gomorrah, the time of Noah, where scores of people died, including children and new born babies. Pleasure my foot.
You can only complain. He reigns supreme.
Religion / Re: Medical Doctors, Atheism and Daily Evidence of Failed Prayers. by Samadict(f): 9:58pm On Feb 13, 2017
Some call Him God, some call Him Creator but whatever name you call Him, I'll keep believing in His existence until some mysteries are solved. Prayer on the other hand I see differently. The Bible states clearly that He created all things for His pleasure. That clears it all for me. If what gives Him pleasure at a point is to give life, He gives it. If it gives Him pleasure to see you smile, He allows it. If it gives Him pleasure to see a child with fatal prognosis live again, He makes it happen. We weren't created to question His decisions we were made for His pleasure. We can only commune with Him to please let our smile, peace, good health and well being give Him pleasure. 'Alara jowo fimi dara to dara'. We all at some point in life have questions but when we remember that we were created for His pleasure, we can only plead that seeing us happy gives Him pleasure. *singing* we will understand it better by and by.

4years!!!! And you're still alive? You have survived this long. Stay low, keep to the room that's yours. Do not at anytime act like you know all. Let them do their things their ways. Then PRAY!!!!!!!! I want to believe you didn't know about this tradition before marriage. In-laws are always in-laws not your people so stop living with them without caution. They talk as if you are one of them but if you let that get into your head and you act as if mother-in-law is your mum or sister-in-law is your sister, you'll only give them things to use against you. Be invisible despite living in the house. Do your chores, clean the place and stay away.

You really need to take a chill pill on this matter o. Abi your money self hook for mmm wire? grin grin and you no answer my questions self. Hope it's not what I am thinking?

Seriously, if you remove the emotional sentiments that you raised above and take a pragmatic look, you will see why MMM participants should not be pitied. Any scheme that offers you free money without hard work or backed by a very sound investment portfolio is a scam and should be avoided by all reasonable person. Most participants are well aware of the risk but they got addicted due to the sweet returns. They deserve all the mockery.
I'll reactivate my ghost mode after this I promise. smiley I don't need to be a participant before putting myself in their shoes. I am just an ordinary person saying we should let them be if we can't help them. *takes a bow*

You come across as a participant in the scheme. Are you a mavrodian? Are you also having problem getting help? grin grin grin

Seriously, MMM participants deserved all the mockery that they are getting. They were warned but greed never allowed them to desist. As regards the table turning, forget it, it won't happen.
You keep saying greed but wait, what other options would you give to participants. I have a lot of participants as friends who wouldn't have gone into the scheme if they had options. I know you are well informed. What's the population of Nigeria? How many of them have jobs? How many entrepreneurs can boldly say their businesses are going well? What is the fate of small scale business in this economy? An aged pensioner whose pension was swallowed by the gluttons leading this nation, tried raising cash which he gave to his son or daughter to do MMM to keep body and soul together is also greedy right? Greed you say? If participants are greedy, what then should we say of the uncondemned old bags gulping public funds in the name of leading? What we should be addressing isn't just the 'greed' sir but what led to the greed. "Won ni amukun eru e wo, oni oke le nwo, e o wo isale". How you dey?

I have been quietly following MMM threads and I have concluded that MMM administrators brought this upon the scheme. What happened to communication? If participants were told their mavros would be frozen before going ahead with it, I'm sure MMM fans won't loss trust in the scheme. As for those happy that their prophecy of the impending doom is finally happening, I hope you'll be able to take such mockery when the table turns. It might not be a ponzi scheme but nature has a way of balancing events so try stay neutral. As for MMM participants complaining..... Hmm.... "aki be s'odo tan maa beru otutu". I'm sure you calculated the gains and risks before going in so stop the fuss please.

It's pathetic seeing how we all quickly come up with points to defend our chosen religions instead of uniting to correct those perpetrators of evil. I've heard Muslim's claim over and over that islam preaches peace but 70% Muslims see nothing wrong in killing fellow human. One will expect the remaining few to condemn their brothers' acts but they stand and say 'Islam is a religion of peace'. The hatred towards muslims that we all see now is because you all don't condemn the acts. You find excuses for the criminals amongst you. Yoruba s'oro, o p'owe pe "bi ara ile eni ba nje kokoro buruku, bi a koba kilo fun aherehuru re ko ni je ki a sun". Let us all condemn the evildoers among us (Muslims and Christian) else, we would all be seen as the criminals amongst us are seen. God bless Nigeria.

Politics / Re: 2017 Budget: FG To Spend N100m On Kitchen Utensils For Aso Rock by Samadict(f): 9:53am On Dec 29, 2016
What happened to the ones they purchased this year? Recession has no effect on their kitchens but the kitchens of those that gave them the power. They have more than enough to squander on kitchen utensils but no money to construct railways to reduce accidents, no money to equip hospitals, no money to improve power supply. Well, let those singing Mr President's praise cover their faces because he has shown you all that a greedy person can't change. I hope youths going around with their (politicians) placards and stickers in scorching sun during champaign can freely sit with them and eat with the gold plates and spoons. What a shame!
As God liveth, He shall bring judgement upon these merciless men and women in power. His anger shall be heavy upon them and all that makes them happy. They will cry for mercy but the groans of the oppressed citizens will overshadow their cries and therefore won't find mercy in the sight of the Almighty.

NYSC / Re: NYSC: Minister Of Sports Releases Investigation Report On Death Of Corps Member: by Samadict(f): 11:02am On Dec 16, 2016
LIES!!! It is a pity that parents are quiet about this. I served in FCT where you'll expect registered doctors, pharmacists and nurses to be available but those we had were corpers. The far North now has all these?
NYSC / Re: This Is What Really Happened To The Corper Who Died In Zamfara State by Samadict(f): 1:47pm On Dec 14, 2016
I'm still trying hard to see the importance of this scheme. Please don't tell me it's to foster unity because it's the other way round. I have been quiet on this forum for a while now not because I have nothing to say but because we just say it and it ends there. I was discussing the deaths of corps members some days ago with some friends and really wish parents would speak against this scheme with one voice. I sincerely wish undergraduates and gradutes would speak with one voice against NYSC.
Soldiers do nothing but terrorise 'otondos'. The food they serve is something else thereby making 'mammy marketers' rich. Conveniencies are poor. Clinic are just there to point at. Pharmacies are empty. You'll have to search for PPA by yourself after two or more rejections. What then is the importance of NYSC? #19800? That won't even cover your accommodation, feeding and transport fare in a month. If these deaths are just discussed and washed down the drain like every other issues, then this is just the beginning of losing great minds in the name of serving their country. May the departed souls rest in peace. God bless Nigeria.

Not surprised at all....why won't mean people defend someone like them? The evidences should be re-visited, verified and the so called lecturer should be dealt with if found guilty. He should serve as an example to his fellow lecturers.
