Hi guys, I canceled an application which I made earlier due to my bank statement not clocking 28days before submission online, since then I have made a new application also requested a refund for the first application, all I have received is attached in the screenshot. Please does anyone know how I can contact UKVI to know the status of my refund? Thanks

It doesn't matter when your biometrics and interview appointment is, the tuition fee and maintenance costs in your acct must have clocked 28days before you submitted your application and make payment online. So you have to show a 28 day statement for 28 days prior to your submission because the ECO will only count 28 days backward from your online submission date.

Hi guys, I would like to have a better understanding of the 28days rule for the balance of tuition and maintenance, like in my case, I paid for my visa application 21st of October but my biometrics and interview isn't until 8th November, do I have to show my bank statement up until 7th November or it has to be 21st October which is the date I made the visa payment. Yeah I have paid for the application and now I am limited to ikeja appointment. All that is left is to make payment for the added value service (super priority).

I applied to just one school as i was assured it will be easy and the course was related to my undergraduate degree, i think i will have to apply to others, well since application is free.

Sometimes around last month before I completed my undergraduate courses, I applied for MSC economic and finance using my tentative/incomplete transcript at University of Leeds. however the admission office had to call and told me there were some courses I needed to take as an economic undergraduate student but these courses were missing on my transcript which was correct. I later forwarded to them my course syllabus showing the number of courses i have taken and those yet to take before they could issue me with an offer letter conditioned on if I take and pass those courses.
my advice for you is discuss this issue with the Admission officer but if they still insist, bone them and consider other schools.
Time is not by your side.
