1.You either present ur certificate at the camp OR

2. SOR with ur I.D card.

NOT NECESSARILY THAT BECAUSE THERE'S NO WAY ON EARTH ALL THE FRESHERS WOULD HAVE BEEN ACOMMONDATED ALONG SIDE THE OLDER GRADUATES BECAUSE OF THE NYSC POPULATION LIMITATION-I mean quota.

NOTE THAT THE OLDER ONES DON'T PAY EXCEPT THE FRESHERS AS THEY ARE BELIEVED TO HAVE DONE SAME WHILE BEING FRESHERS TOO WHICH IS A MEANS OF TRIMMING DOWN THE NUMBER OF THE FRESHERS AS WELL AS OFFERING ALL A LEVEL PLAYING GROUND SO THAT NO ONE WILL FEEL NOT BEING CARRIED ALONG IN THE SHORT LISTING PROCESS

BESIDES, THE #1000 IS NOT EVEN ALWAYS THE ISSUE BECAUSE THE CLEARANCE EXERCISE IS A MONEY DRAINING ADVENTURE WITH PAYMENT MADE for clearance form, hostel even if you had never applied nor stay in the hostel before, faculty and department level, alumni, statement of result, certificate, transcript AND WORST STILL IT IS FOR THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN CONNIVING WITH OTHER OFFICIALS AND SKIPPING PAYMENTS FOR LONG.

It's done that way in my school actually in order to reduce the number of fresh PCMs that would be competing with older graduates awaiting mobilization

Did I even forgot to mentioned that a token of #1000 is paid on submission of the earlier mentioned items

Not applicable to all school too as in my school, one has to fill a mobilization form to be submitted along side photocopies of CLEARANCE FORM, JAMB RESULT SLIP and GRADUATION RESULT which is even Available only when one has completed his or her clearance and presented to the Registrar before he will sign the result and then eventually issued out to you.

What I'm saying is that the school will mobilize students whether or not they'v done their clearance its left for the students to complete their clearance so as to collect their result and certificate before going to service.
