dis guys close down its operations in abuja because staff were demanding 4 better package.dy tookover d cc after zain left,dy were managing it 4 airtel,immediately dy came on board,dy increased number of working hrs,increased wrking days,sacked some pregnant women,d worst is dy initiatd a move 2 reduce salaries by mo dan 50% .d agents resisted dis moves wch eventuallu led 2 d closure of d callcenter(it was movd 2 ibadan),nd dy eventually achievd dos demands dat were nt met in abj.

The Comptroller-General of the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS), Mrs Rose Chinyere Uzoma, yesterday defended the service over alleged bias in a secret recruitment exercise into the service.
Uzoma, who spoke at the Nnamdi Azikwe International Airport, Abuja during on the spot exercise, dismissed reports that Interior Minister Abba Moro had ordered the cancellation of the recruitment exercise, saying the minister could not have cancelled what has not been started.
Moro had in a statement issued by the ministry cancelled the recruitment exercise in the service citing “apparent controversy trailing the exercise.”Also yesterday, the ministry released employment statistics in the service. According to the document, North has 53% of the workforce while South has 43% from the total number 23,316 personnel.A breakdown shows that North Central has 22% with 5144 personnel, North West 18% with 4,089, North East 13% with 3,095 , South-South 18% with 4,306, South East 15% with 3,415 and South West 14% with 3,267.

Aside the cancellation of the ongoing recruitment in immigration service,the minister has also suspended all recruitment in prisons and civil defense.Nawao,which way naija,all this gra gra will not stop anything.

I think the decision to cancel the recruitment By the minister is to douse the tension surrounding the recruitement,becos the minister would not claim not to be in picture of all this things happening,slots were shared and he is one of the beneficiaries.I think what dey should be concerned about is all states should be represented equally,but the irony is all MDA's in this country are guilty of this,the truth is some people are aggrieved becos the slots did not reach them.

There is nothing to be happy about,we cant be fooled in believing something gud will come out of dis,because those people claiming to be summoning the chairman are doing it because they were not given slots,once they are alotted slots they will keep mute.You think the chairman is acting alone? at a tym wen the submission of CV was goinig on job seekers dt went to submit dia CV would attest to this:those wt NOTE/RECOMMENDATION from any big shot,dia CV"S re collected and kept in a different section. From the presidency downward all are involve in this shit,the only hope for us is to take our destiny in our own hands to vote dem out of office come 2015 by force,because as it is now we should only expect darkness at the end of the tunnel.

this guys were shortlisted in d 3rd quater of dis yr,smth around july, nd left 4 training in september.I was able 2 identify sm1's name who left 4 training around september.

I'm confused becos if u'r in abj ,u'll keep getting news of collection of appointment letters everyday(peolpe with strong link).i'm sure at the end of it all , it is those that have gotten the appointment letters that will be shortlisted.God help us!
