...it follows good risk management nah, so it cannot be weird...but, I get your point bro.

Actually, it is a style that I developed for instilling my discipline in trading and reducing the volume of my losses. In retrospect, I observed that whenever my entry was right, it was usually within price lines I call traction levels. So I started minimising my SL strictly around those levels with spreads added for any entry. That way, if two traction levels are consecutively lost, it becomes unlikely that my analysis was right and I exit from any further entry for that trade.

Also, like you noticed, rarely do I take trades that have an RR of less than 1:4; that way, one winning trade after 2 or 3 losses can bring me to breakeven and preserve my live accounts.

My strategy is just with the Bollinger Bands {default settings} in mostly M5 and M15. I locate a point where the Upper and Lower BB visually acquaint each other with a {right trend} candle body course across one of both; then I track historically leftwards to pick their three traction levels {three BB levels} and place entries one after the other for only two levels, that's all.

The simpler your strategy, the better for your profitability in the long run; but you must always be patient to follow your strategy strictly.

90% of the reason I bought the acct was because of the refund offer, the remaining 10% was because I liked their rules.
