iblawi:Bruv, The exam was bad oooo,I don't know if you guys have crammed all the answers before entering exam hall. As for me the exams was too abstract and require painstaking cramming. Besides,I looked everywhere to install the exact version of the visual studio c# used in the course but I could not, rather I was able to install the latest version and the definition and methodology are not the same. May be we should exchange contacts and possibly you be my tutor. Thanks |
What is the condition and location of d car? |
kosplateau:Mc Carthy at obalende Lagos |
For those that wrote cit834 object oriented programming in c#, how was the exam? As for me I submitted my script blank and subsequently dropped the course the questions appeared scary to me. I adopted the strategy of leaving it to die hard another day. What was your experience like? |
Nounilearn, I still need a convincing answer to the TMAs marking,is it best 3 or the 4 TMAs answered at postgraduate level precisely M.Sc. Cos one of my courses is saying the best 4 will be used meanwhile the number of TMAs has not in anyway exceeded 4. |
oluwafreshkid:Federal Government is the Employer |
somebody should help me out, I registered for GST807 but not showing on my examination time table and also the course was not listed in the general examination timetable, please what should i do? because i don't want to carry this course over. |
NYSC is solely a Federal Government Scheme and it is expected that your allowances should come from Federal Government and NOT from both State and Federal Governments. The role of state Government in the scheme is to provide platform to host and accommodate you through out your stay in the state, but due to the magnanimity of some states or should I say ALL,they resolved to be supporting Corps Members by paying them stipend to cushion the cost of living in there various states, naturally this is meant to be privilege and not your right!. @ OP, if The State Government decided to stop paying this allowance due to the financial burden that has bedeviled most of the states, I think they have not violated any law neither cheated you. my advice to you is to be patient with them, they might pay the backlogs before/after Passing out parade, and if they default, just take it as an act of National Sacrifice and focus on job hunt. Ajuwaya weeeeee ooooooooooo ?? |
Hw far 60k ? |

MimiHANS:Is it on a basis of best 3 tmas or all tmas prorated? |
Hi nouners, Want to know the percentage of tma in the final grading of gst 807. Thanks |
Mr. SUG President, why will you and your cohorts shut down an institution that has already bedevilled with myriad of challenges out of which unionism is the most trivial. we have had cases of students missing scripts, written exams but no result, outrageous school fees and many more. In my opinion, This is uncalled for and we student of this school should not in anyway associate or support this man in this empty struggle, besides in NOUN we students don't know one another, even on examinations days you find it difficult to see/relate with your course mates. Therefore, if your struggle is redirected to engage the management of the institution on operational efficiency, reduction in schools, justification for every kobo paid, fairness to student in marking/grading,deepening student/facilitator relationship, upgrading of study centres to reflect academic ambience and lot more. I understand student union will put the management of the institutions on their toes to address the mentioned problems, but in NOUN's case if you call congress, you will hardly assemble 50 students and this will not gravitate the desired attention. to this end, unionism is not necessary in this kind of environment, rather lets ignite e-protest ( on social media platforms like twitter, facebook, instagram etc) which I believe will be more effective and will even attract attentions from international organisations. |
ron011:well it depends on your background in IT,I believe at Masters Level even in the conventional universities, you will concentrate more on complex analysis of IT operations and problems. If you are thinking of practical I would advise you register with the likes of APTECH,NIIT. I have learnt a lot anyway |
helenmi:Just walk into any study centre, for a start you should not spend more than 80k for registration and access to the portal. You are not buying any book. |

First of all, I will like to correct this impression that, if you work in a bank, you are a banker.you are not a banker! or should we say a cleaner in a bank is a banker or dispatch rider is a banker as well?, you are just an ordinary employee like a sales girl or marketer in any other industry. the only difference between you and that person working in another industry is you are always well dressed to look attractive to customers. Back to the matter, there is no technicality in banking work! yes i mean it, a smart secondary school graduate will perform excellently in virtually every department except sensitive departments in a bank, and this is the reason why banks recruit all Toms, Dicks and Harry at graduate level because they assumed an average graduate will at least be better and trainable My friend there is no career path in banking sector per say, especially now that IT (information technology) is gradually taking the space of professionals and reducing office space for caring out daily banking operations.what this portends is the so called chartered bankers and allied professionals will be phased out in the nearest future as all banks in Nigeria and beyond are seriously looking for ways to reduce overhead cost. if you are still in banking job, dont be too happy, start planning for career switch, by applying for professional courses that can land you job in another sector. that is my two kobo!! |
until government enact laws that will forbid anyone that schooled abroad from becoming CEO of a company or occupying public office in Nigeria, that is when Nigeria education sector will have standard. meanwhile This dude does not deserve my congratulations because if he had schooled in Nigeria where the laboratories are not working, crowded lecture theatres, incessant strikes, wicked lectures but to mention a few, I swear this guy will not near third class. Rubbish!!!!! |
thank God baddoo wasnt there e for over localise d jam e don try for him age |
I am not a constitutional lawyer, but I think Saraki cannot summon A permanent secretary to the National Assembly to brief the house on the state of the finance. technically speaking Buhari is the Minister of all Ministries, if at all Saraki wants to any information in that Ministry, the best way to go about it is to write him through Presidency. Besides, The Best person to shed light on this matter is CBN governor. |
Nigerian market cannot be isolated from the happenings in the global economy especially now that our economy has been adjudged number one in Africa. The happenings in China can be jointly managed by the world top economies as some of these economies are still not out of doldrums.therefore I don't see Chinese turmoil dragging global economy to recession. As a result,Asian,European and American Markets may not be attractive to foreign portfolio managers now especially at this time when China seemingly has bought more than one quarter of America (in bond). We local investors should not be extremely pacnic as our market is still struggling to recover from the huge meltdown of 2007.as a matter of fact 90% of the companies listed in Nigerian bourse can defend their current prices fundamentally,in a nutshell further decline will make them become riskless. Now lets take a glance at the sectorial prospects in the markets. Banking The cheapest stock here is Skye bank, you may do your research to counter me. Fbn,access bank, fidelity bank, zenith, uba and sterling are cheap, you can start acquring in piece meal and if you have cash to play with for 3 to 4 months jump in straight ,there is potential of 15 to 20% appreciation. I will continue later |
snadguy007:yes |
