folmus:I understand that, my question is can they give her daughter a visa which says she can only be accompanied by her mother, but not give the mother one? Don't they process their visas together? I'd like to know if its a possibility. Thanks. |
Hi, can anyone help me answer my question please. My sister and niece applied for UK visitor visas to visit for my graduation almost a month ago. Yesterday, my niece got her visa but she is underage 13 and so it was an accompanied child visa with my sister's passport number on it. But my sister's passport has not been returned yet and we're a bit worried. Is it possible for them to grant an accompanied child a visa, but not the adult accompanying them? Especially since they submitted at the same time? Thanks. |

Thank you djfrancis. I was able to collect it and I got the visa. Thank God. |
Hello. I just received my decision email at 9 this morning. Is it advisable to go and check for my passport now or should I wait till I get the email for collection? (By the way, I applied at the Ikeja teleperformance) I'm asking because last year when I applied for a visa for a foundation course, I was able to collect my passport on the same day I got the decision email. |
Worry357, thank you for your response, but I think you misunderstood me. I meant does the money need to have been there for 28 days before I submit my online application or for 28 days before I go for the appointment? My money will have been there for over 28 days by the day of my appointment, but on the day I applied online it hadn't reached 28 days yet. |
Hello. Please does anyone know if the 28 days the money is required to be in your bank account ends when you make the application online or when you have your appointment? My 28 days ended after I had already completed the online application but before the appointment. I would really appreciate any insight. Thanks |

bumstar1: What issue date is on your visa please?September 18th 2014 |
arknoid: did you receive any phone call last week for further interview. Just asking countsparrow: Did u do a phone interview last weekI never got any calls for another interview even though I was expecting them. It scared me to tell you the truth, I can only thank God. |
hannahdee: @samiam123, please did you get an email from teleperformance or you just went to check regardless? I also submitted on the 5th. Thank you. This morning, I got an email from teleperformance saying that my application was assessed and a decision had been made. After seeing some posts here where people did the same, I went there to check today and it was ready for collection. |
I would like to sincerely thank the makers of this forum and all the posters, you have helped me more than you can know. I applied for my visa on September 5th at teleperformance and collected it today. I owe part of the success of my application to this forum. I have never posted on here before and I didn't even have a nairaland account but I had to create one solely to thank all of you. I was so scared that my application would be refused, I came to this forum everyday and reading everyone's posts gave me hope. God bless you all. |
