Make more research online. Go through the beginning of the thread. Opt for scholarship instead, I rarely see PhD students that are self sponsored. More so, follow Iykman TV on YouTube for info on fully funded scholarship and how to get started, he is a fully sponsored PhD student in Australia. sikexchange: Hi, My name is SiK exchange... I have a Bsc in computer engineering and a masters in computer engineering.
I am thinking of applying to Australia for a PhD scholarship in software engineering.
What schools can I apply to and how do I go about it? |

The flight rates I am seeing is quite disturbing. It’s like the floating exchange rate has disrupted everything. Did someone get a good airline fare of recent? What airline? and How much ? |

aodis: Classes resume on the 10th for me. Omo! don’t worry, they will soon, let’s just hold in the anxiety. Visa was lodged on May 19th . I’m being hopeful that by the end of this week they will start looking at May Applications. Getting accomodation and settling in is something that bothers me. But getting the visa is important first. |

I think you should be patient. According to the visa grants being approved here it shows that most visa request submitted by April are being approved of recent. I believe in a week or two you will receive a feedback. A positive one. NeuroToby: Good evening everyone.
I'm happy that at least 90% of us here are testifying of visa grants, which is an indication that those of us still waiting will get a positive response.
I need a quick clarification. My status on my immigration portal has been showing "further assessment" for about 3 weeks now. Is this normal? Can I at this point send a mail to immigration?
PS: I have Masters in Public Health admission to Curtin University and my course starts in about 1 month's time. PPS: I submitted my visa application on the 10th of May, did medical and biometrics on the 16th and 18th respectively. |
