check ur cables. There are four connectors M1 M2 and Sensor 1 Sensor 2 both on jack and positioner. Just connect them M1 on jack to M1 on positioner. Sensor1 on jack to Sensor 1 on positioner and so on.

yes that is 24 inch jack and costs less than 2k as i mentioned earlier. Where are u located ?

goodieuzo: my c-band lnbf and my ku-band lnbf dont work together in my diseqc switch.i have tested strong,pauxis switches,still the same.help me

u have to setup the diseqc switch at the dish setting click on diseqc 1.0 if using 4ways and 1.1 if using 6ways and above. Now select the port corresponding to the port on ur diseqc. For example, if u put the ku lnb on port 1. U go to dish setting and switch on the diseqc on port 1 for the particular ku sat. Save and exit. Do same for the c band sat/lnb.

naijaobi: guys, pleasee i have an issue at hand. My jack has refused to move my dish.. The positioner is reading and d jack is making a 'moving sound', but it doesnt move.. Am currently stucked at intelsat 20@ 68 degrees.. Please is there anything i cn do to revive it. Thanks

Possibly the rotating gear is bad. remove the jack from the dish and use ur hand to pull it out as u press the positioner remote. If the electric motor is working and moving arm refuse to come out, then u have to change the gear or get another jack

check your wire connctions. SENSOR TO SENSOR, MOTOR TO MOTOR.. Instructions for wire connection can be found inside the plactic jack cover.
