goodieuzo: i have still not hit green with this 1.8m dish.am having 2 things in mind now.
1-maybe the focal point is wrong from the supplied three iron
2-maybe the two lnbf i have used is uncapable of hitting green.
therefore can someone help me calculate the approximate focal point from his supermax 1.8m dish let me confirm with what i have and i case of lnbf,i need fuji universal prime focus lnbf to try.thanks

jj9ice: please im novice when it comes to dish installation but i discovered that my installer he also a quack because he helped me tracked CNN, ALJAZEERA etc on dstv position , later when all those channels scrambled, then report to him but he said there is nothing he can do about it but u gurus said here that it has been moved to AMOS5. MY QUESTION IS THAT

How can i get Amos5?


DO i have to search for its signal specially or the samething with DSTV position or multi tv or daarsat?

NO. Amos is at 17e just a little above astra 2f (multitv). U can use same lnb to lock on eutelsat 16 @16e. Use the search engine as the steps to achieve this had been discussed severally.

Yonderguy: Suleiman, i tried getting you but to no avail. Pls you email address will do a great deal. Pls house i downloaded the software from 'heywizkid' and uploaded it and it says successful but the patch problem persist. Pls help o.

Do factory reset.. Turn decoder off and on. Press 6969 twice to switch patch on.

@faithchild, get urself a set of spanners it cost less than N600. Couple the dish carefully as the dish petals are designed to lock into each other. Since it is ground mount, ensure the surface is even.

@iykmora, the neck might be an issue. But also ur focal lenght is not right. Try sliding the lnb in a little and also skew ur lnb to 11 oclock
