1. Ur lnb arrangement is wrong. The ku lnb should be under the cband lnb, this allow u pick IS-20@68e easily.
2. The alignment of ur dish is not correct like i mentioned in my ealier post on this issue.
3. To simplify what odilibe posted, do the following:
A. Drive ur dish up to face the sky, balance it well. Now take a close look under ur dish u will see two set of 'big bolts and nuts' (take a picture of ur dish bottom for further clarification). One of these bolts is to balance ur dish while the other is to set ur angle of declination i.e ur dish tilt. If these 2 bolts and nuts are in conflict ur dish will nut pick some sats.
B. Connect ur cband lnb only and put the block in the throat and track Rascom @3e with 3985 v 13555 . If u receive this sat let us know, we move on from here.

my cousin factory reset my 4663x while i was away yesterday and when i tried downloaded softwares from wizkids and crosat , the patch options were not available on it, i downloaded from strong technologies still no patch options.
can someone please direct me to where i can get d software for 4663x with patch option, or if you have, please kindly drop me one @ deleyekhadaf@yahoo.com

the patch option is available on softwares from wizkid and crosat. After successful upgrade, do factory reset again on ur box to initialize the new software. Then press 6969 twice. Hope this helps

ur dish is not perfectly aligned. Usually, ur ku lnb on a motorised should be tweaked @ 3 - 4 o clock to receive all ku sats within footprint
