Bros it's Igbo and not Ibo...thank you
Do you know why Yorubas pronounce it as Ibo not igbo?

Pronouncing Igbo in Yoruba will mean Bush, Weed, Head knock, Etc.

That's why it's convenient to write and pronounce it as Ibo.

Nigeria is a net importer of palm oil.

It's a shame but true.

Nigerians sabotage the economy, sabotage Agriculture.
Agreed..

Have you visited these places ?

Imo people are very hardworking from my observations. Especially their women when it comes to Agriculture.

Edo may have more, but the palm oil tree, if you don't work it. It won't produce.
Now you're talking.

I know IMO, cos I schooled in UNN, I visit Imo very well..

I'm not saying they don't have Palm oil, but it's like you guys have abandoned it.

E.g, if you come to Ondo, you will know that There is cocoa/Banana in the state, cos everywhere Is factory, you will see Lorries carrying it from Farm to town.

But in Imo, you hardly, nah Hotel and Clubs you go dey notice everywhere .

PericomaNwankwo:
Thought you had no sense, but now I see you allow sentimentality to rule your rationale.....and you think every thing that's in South East is audited?? Oga Malaysia is a leading world exporter of Palm Produce and guess where they took the child palm fruits that thrived on their land and triggered a positive economic growth..... From the red muds of Imo state grin
Read the comment above.

Highest producers of palm oil are still the Crude oil states.

Cross River and Akwa Ibom. I'm sure River state should be there but much of the forest in Rivers state has been converted to modern cities.

Abia and Imo are second in Palm oil production after CRivers and Akwa Ibom.

I strongly believe Abia and Imo have crude oil in commercial quantities. Just being a part of NDDC by mouth makes little sense.
Lol, Edo produces more palm oil than IMO.

Even Osun isn't there, and it has Palm Oil

Okomu oil palm in Edo state has been making bilions of naira in profit year on year without Edo state needing its own country. Stop giving sanctuary to poor governance and administration.

Small boi keeps making a fool of himself on every Igbo post. What's your obsession with South Easthuh? grin

I'm not surprised at your display of folly, I don't expect anything better from an irrational Igbophobic efulefu like you that would rather have your master from the north as leaders at the expense of your own progress . Imagine the ikponkita that is trying to advise Igbo guys... grin grin

Try and get useful, the way you act I'd take you for a disabled old man that has nothing left but hate Igbos , tant and rant!!!!

Everybody is talking at Igbos, we don't blame you, because we are in same zooNation.

Devolving species from the waste.
I imagine your sweat while typing this cheesy
Sorry, it's not easy to be countered wink

Go and be productive in your region.
Or probably I should enroll you to one of the factories in Ondo? cheesy

We will continue to be hammering Biafra that want to live on lies. We need to let them know where they belong in the scheme of things and let them imbibe the culture of truth.

Your guys on here mentioned Afonja and Sammy is just putting them where they belong by showing them SE cannot give what it does not have.

Which region produce the highest Agricultural exports for Nigeria. It’s the SW with cocoa and we have the North with the Sesame seeds. These two cash crops are what are the major export according to NBS 2019 statistics.

For food we consume locally, we have the middle belt and the North that are active players in the game and yet one of you here is trying to misinform the people with lies.

We will be here to set the narrative right until Biafrans stop lying about everything.
God intentionally placed Yorubas in SW.

If not grin

It'll become Sudan or Somalia
For both SS, SE and North
