Can't speak for everyone but I think most Yorubas are pragmatic in outlook. The goal for now is the Presidency, which Yorubas thoroughly deserve, on the front burner while everything else, such as you mentioned, simmers.

Forget all that is going on. Poor leadership delivered it. Yet enough has changed globally to put Nigeria on the cusp of greatness if we can get a truly reformational President today.

Yorubas have the intellect, temperament and equitable mien to deliver Nigeria and modernize our nation.

The Presidency is coming to the South in 2023 and Yorubas should focus on that 100% and not entertain any distraction anyone will present in the guise of 'inspecting our options'. The Presidency is ours in 2023 and we will grab it and present an Awolowo of today to take Nigeria forward.
