seunmsg: The kingdom’s anthem is always changed to confirm with the gender of the monarch. obaaderemi: They've had more Kings than queens. What of king James, King Henry, king George, king William, many, many kings. And they say God save the queen too. It depends on the gender of the monarch. Oh okay, I've not been following their politics or so. Thanks |
Foreign Affairs › Why God Save The King And Not Queen? by Sammy07(op): 8:10pm On Sep 08, 2022 |
I read some comments on the front page minutes ago. I usually think they can only have Queens at the realms of affairs in England. Because almost all their monarchs are Queens and they are either Elizabeth or Victoria. Can anyone explain why they'll change it motto to God save the kind and why a Prince will take over? Cc: Madridguy, e be like say na your comment I saw |

hedonido: It was achieved in the First Republic because they hadn't experienced the wonders of oil wealth then. Nobody eats the forbidden fruit and goes back. Mouth wey don wide, don wide. It is really that simple. The biggest mistake Nigeria ever made was to end the more confederal regionalism and usher in the idea of federating states with a strong centre. And of course, correcting mistakes are never as easy as making them.
Let's not bother about philosophy. Let's focus on pragmatics. The North would never allow restructuring for the very simple reason that it would immediately plunge them into social and economic disaster. Forget long talks and outdated stories about arable land and groundnut pyramids.
For the last time, let me reiterate that the main basis of the clamour restructuring is to correct the injustice of the North receiving more than its fair share, while contributing next to nothing. That is the koko. It's not about improving economy of the whole country. I agree with you Nlfpmod Front page plz |

Osariemen12: Even after viewing the beautiful and unbiased job the OP did, you protested. Maybe I should be complaining that Benin Airport isn't there. I am not too blind he wasn't bias in his post. Lest I forget, your state, Osun, has no airport. Appreciate those that have one. Osun doesn't need Airport right now self. It shouldnt be a priority self, that's waste of resources. Akure has one, Ibadan has One. They should patronize any. Ekiti and Ogun are currently building their cargo airports. |

BluntCrazeMan: Sammy07.. Here is it. See bro, believe in whatever you want to believe. There's no evidences I can bring out apart from me being a first hand witness. Some of them I don't even use their thumb, some I used little finger, some I used ring finger, just to accredit them. Those that didn't accept their fingers I used face. Capturing their faces, true we were told it can only captured 1 face we should make sure there are no people at the back. Buh during the voting rain fell where I dey capture their faces, e dey see other people faces yet it accepted it. And plz, the thumbprint recognizes other fingers cos I tried it with my own finger. The pics attached below is just few evidences that I participated. The username and password below is the one we used to log in to inec online viewing portal to upload the result I don't have anything to say on this Matter again

BluntCrazeMan: The Anambra State Governorship Election BVAS Devices were tougher ooo... Like,, as if they kind-of reduced the strength of the verification Na the same bvas Buh you know that's the first time they'll use bvas so everyone is being careful. After they've studied Anambra and Ekiti. Theyvs mastered it You see that Osun even those wey no get PVC dey votes, so far they see their names and VIN or someone helped them sees it. INEC needs improvement Abeq. The verification has to be strong like NIN stuff |

garfield1: During the rerun polls this year,my friends in other units said they found a way to accredit people whose names are on the register without them coming by double clicking on their names.they also found a way to reduce or void some of the accredited voters. Exactly, once they see their names on the register or what do they call it then boom They just use their VIN that's all |

BluntCrazeMan: I can see.. .. Woowwwww.. .. And this allows for Multiple Voting,, so far the Voters Can Be Identified on the BVAS machine.. .. I GARRIT NOW.. Yessss. They need more improvement. It is just very helpful esp in registered voters vs accredited voters. As in the case of IMO state elections where accredited voters are more registered voters |

BluntCrazeMan: If the BVAS can read and accept the Thumbprint of someone else as the Thumbprint of another person,, then, that's a system error.. ... And it is INEC’s fault. .. And it needs to be reported to them as quickly as possible Yulp, its their fault |

Salvador1: you actually think APC will get over 10k votes in Anambra.
Who will give him that 100k votes. U wish though... let me not discourage u. It's an assumption bro. That's why I said for example. Same way lp can't have up to 5k votes in ekiti. Just an assumption that numbers should be determinant not percentages |
Politics › Re: 2023:can Pdp Get A Million Votes In Delta? by Sammy07: 3:41pm On Sep 05, 2022 |
BluntCrazeMan: ..
I don't understand the REGISTER here... INEC can detect double-registration through biometrics.
. INEC flawed here cos bvas can capture a face for different PVC. Like there's no authentication for it, just capture and it will accept it once it's clear. And for the thumb, it can capture any of the fingers so far it is clean. So no provisions for the authentication of it |
Politics › Re: 2023:can Pdp Get A Million Votes In Delta? by Sammy07: 3:33pm On Sep 05, 2022 |
garfield1: This is what I've been trying explain to guys here.cc fer..gie, kya..se,agborio..tejoye, pach..ukwudi In the bvas, the thumbprint and face capture don't read have meaningful fuction to me. Cos, one person can register for than 10 people using either the same fingers or different fingers same as face capture. In my polling unit, we gave the chance to the 2 parties to vote just for 3 people max cos time is not on our side. And it's because they begged us well, that's why we gave them chance Because they complained that their voters card didn't come out Buh their names appears on the list of registered voters. So we use their vins. To me, it's the party agents that can still prevent rigging abit. Else, in a polling unit, a party can make use of all the registered voters as their accredited voters meanwhile in real life, maybe only half of them voted. While others were voted in a 'crook means'. |

Salvador1: What Obi needs in this election is if there is a big turnout of voters. Southeast will be 90% South south will be 58% Southwest 29% North Central 38% North east 15% North West 12%. Knowing fully well that northern votes will be divided heavily By January we will know how the pendulum will swing to. It is not %turnouts that matters but the marginal difference. For example If 500k turnouts in Ekiti Apc - 400k - 92% PDP - 80k - 6% Lp - 20k - 2% Now 1M turnouts in Anambra Apc - 100k - 10% PDP - 300k - 30% Lp - 600k - 60% Who has won? Stop using percentages |
Politics › Re: 2023:can Pdp Get A Million Votes In Delta? by Sammy07: 3:04pm On Sep 05, 2022 |
Efewestern: Margin is important. As it stands, I don't see any state in SS giving any bloc votes to the PDP. The northern ticket isn't helping matter and the emergence of LP brought in a greater alternative. Forget about SE, that region is the only region in Nigeria that can give 95% bloc votes and their turn-up will help shoot the figures of Obi.
Interesting times ahead. Yeah, you right. Even tho their block votes are always for PDP. Let's see what will happen next year.i still see this race between PDP and apc. Maybe apart from Lagos, I haven't seen any reasonable momentum for LP in SW And I haven't also see any reasonable momentum for APC in SE. Buh PDP is the only party tbag can still have at least 25% in all the states I just wish we can return back to regional government. With 6 regions This presidential no favour us at all |

oluwadabira111: A.P.C will not do that big number in borno with the emergence of Bvas.... can bet anything for that. Oga i worked as INEC ad-hoc staff in the just concluded Osun election. Forget about bvas Abeq. In a polling unit if they want all the registered voters to appear as accredited voters it's very possible. Since the vIN alongside details is always posted. To be able to vote, bvas requires you verify the person through VIN, or last name or Scan the bar code. Then check the details, then the voters will thumbprint or you capture their face. Oga, one person can register for 20 people so long he has their VIN Cc: BluntCrazeMan Forget about bvas been hard to Rig Abeq. If they'll Rig, they'll rig |

Efewestern: You tend not to realize the influence of LP and its impact in the coming election. Also you should note that a margin of 200k won't be helpful to the PDP in the general election considering the fact that this same state is projected to be a stronghold of the opposition party.
Yes we all agree that PDP is projected to win the state. Truth! And in every elections what is important is the margins Imagine this Delta state (V. P) PDP - 400k LP - 200k Apc - 100k Now if Borno (V. P) Apc - 900k PDP - 100k LP - 10k They'll just declare apc winner irrespective weather they didn't win delta. Margins wins are very important in elections. P. O emergence will seriously hurt PDP in the south where it's has a stronghold |
