No that's not what i mean, i heard d clash started on Tuesday after a Hausa okadarider knocked down a woman.
He was told to take the woman to the
hospital, but the rider and his colleagues refused insisting that the motorbike association, which
collects tolls from them, should take care of the woman.
And d heated argument led to a fight.
The fighting continued all through yesterday till today when some
thugs, believed to be of Yoruba origin, invaded the market and started attacking the Hausas. That's how it turn to ethnicity fight. I pray they find peace sha. And buhari attacking us ...mehn am 1 million percent sure he can't, if he prove to be stubborn then i bid him farewell to eternity cos obasanjo, tinubu and the likes won't let him. One Onuigbo Nwankwoeke of Onyikwa, Alike in Ikwo local government area was on February 13, 2016 reportedly killed by his kinsman, Micheal Ochaya, aged 50 while in an attempt to recover a N100 debt owed him by the deceased. Confirming the incident, the police public relations officer, ASP George Okafor said that on February 2016, one Nwabueze Nwedu reported to the police that Mr. Onigbo Nwankwoeke went to his brother’s house to demand for N100 the said Micheal Ochaya owed him. He said during the altercation, Nwankowke was killed in the process. ASP Okafor told journalists that Mr. Nwedu also told the police that when late
Nwankwoeke got to Ochaya’s house and demanded for his money, the wife of Mr. Ochaya gave the deceased the money but instead of thanking his wife for bailing him out, Mr. Ochaya forcefully collected the money from the deceased and tore it into shreds. “The wife of Mr. Micheal Ochaya gave the
N100 to Mr. Nwankwoeke, but the husband forcefully collected the money back and tore it, in the process, a scuffle ensured which led to the death of Micheal,” he said. He also said that what killed Mr. Nwankwoneke was a heavy blow that Mr. Ochaya landed on his chest which brought him down after which he gave up the ghost adding that the corpse has been deposited at Onueke General Hospital for autopsy. He said that investigation is still on to know the business transaction that led to the fight. The PPRO noted that when the police was contacted on the incident, detectives
led by the divisional police officer, Ikwo division rushed to the scene of incident where the deceased was found lying in the pool of his own blood.
