Guy you still have to pay for it if you don't have lotta people who u communicate with on twitter, the PR's do the job and they charge 20k per day for the hype, i have made enquires before thats why i know. But if you have guys who use twitter well, you guys can start with a harsh tag, and when people begin to notice, u get retweets, mentions and all sort before you know you don start to dey trend.
