Well the case is in court. Olugbemi remains speaker till the courts rule otherwise. The Chief Judge did not even bother responding to Omirin who asked him to set up an impeachment panel because doing so will be prejudice

Supreme court only affirms Fayose eligibility suit which contradicts our constitution and how will the supreme court stop the house from impeaching Fayose for impunity and misconduct by allowing 7 house members to impeach the speaker and goin further to approve the state budget , ok let wait and see how it plays out !!!
