Hi @samobaba4u Go to SETTINGS, scroll down to APPS, go to Google Play Store & tap it open. Tap Storage, then Clear Data. Lastly, Restart your phone & check for changes.

indont haven't confirmation slip too but I called Abuja headquarters of immigration and they told to go with other requirements on d day of my screening and exams.... I think they have way to sort out confirmation slip issue.
