Their central business district look like an open air market where all sort of gross liquid from tomato spill and other perishables are thrown on the street of their central business district..heck even the blood from the cow they kill in that CBD is spilled on the road with local men pushing Thier ugly wheel barrow of a truck to pick dirts and woman walking around with bucket of water on their head to either wash their foodstuffs or take it to the hotel for guests ..all of this happening a place called business district..they should have just called it a "MARKET DISTRICT"below is the aerial view of their shanty CBD..heck this what they want to compare with Abuja and even uyo..

Infrastructure wise Mombasa is 10 times better than Abuja,

1) Mombasa boast Sub Saharan Africa 2nd biggest port. Handling more cargo than combined Apapa and TinCan of Lagos.
2) Mombasa boast Oil refinery (now storage), Kipevu oil storage and Oil pipeline of refined products - again only outside South Africa.
3) Mombasa has two railways - old MGR and SGR - with railway station that makes Abuja airport look like child play
4) Mombasa has international airport - that receives daily flights. I am not sure what traffic look like now - but as of 2013 Mombasa was handling 1.3m passengers.
5) Mombasa has ferries and bridges.
6) Mombasa has good road network.
7) More has more buildings, factories, name it than Abuja
Mombasa has more resorts and hotels than Nigeria.

5...Abuja has lots of bridges,flyovers passing through lakes,forest and urban centres..Mombasa has just the old, dilapidated Nyali hideous bridge..

Mombasa has more resorts and hotels than Abuja not Nigeria. Yes admittedly...resort,hotel beaches are not part of mombassa urbanisation...wonder no more why they are talked far away from your CBD mess to. Anyway Mombasa's is divided into 4 - Mombasa Island, South Coast, North Coast and Mainland - and of course the greater metro.

We are on Mombasa's North Coast.

Yes @ bolded their logic will fail them...sameway if I am to go by their logic I will say Abuja is more developed than Mombasa since it has 3 skyscraper and Mombasa have none.

But here is my point..I will prefer living in the little town if uyo with massive , expansive infastructure than living in Mombasa with zero to none infastructure....even a good road is a miracle there..
