rvp20182: Lagos alone has more hotels than the whole of Kenya, and even building more hotels than the whole of east Africa and its still remained the country with the most rooms in the pipeline, for the past 4 years and still counting Nigeria has the highest number of hotel rooms in Africa as at the year 2016, closely followed by Angola and Egypt

As at 2020 it is Egypt,Nigeria,Kenya, Ethiopia in that order..

First what do you mean district? Please learn to say Business District. A district is like a state or county or borough or location.

2ndly Eko Altantic empty city should really invest in greenery. It not trees....grass maybe. It cost very little. Just plant grass and trim them.

Now talking of Business district - this is Nairobi old CBD - we have planted trees right inside the streets - it has so many tall buildings but still we have trees lined all over.

It takes 3-4yrs for a tree to grow to big height.

Show me any business district in the world that planted grass in her CBD..it has always been trees and would remain trees...
Eko Atlantic trees where planted early last year and I must say their growth is really commendable seeing that the soil.on which it grows has limited minerals compared to your loamy or sandy soil..
A business district should have tress planted at both side of the sidewalk and in the middle of the road if a demarcation exists...

Which part of the world looks like Lagos or Eko City - maybe Ghana . Even desert cities are more green - 15yrs and trees are yet to grow . Trees are planted everywhere..be patient enough for it to grow...I have never in my life seen a business district with thick forest and soil ..if that is what you are expecting then I can assure you ekoatlantic can't give you that...it will offer what is obtainable in the rest part of the world not the addiction to thick forest as seen in Kenya.
