Post more so I can get a glimpse of what Kenya's taste in luxury looks like....just look at the interior of a supposedly luxury high rise now go compare that with any in ikoyi,VI and begin to see how investors step in to Nairobi with $10m and will use that amount to build like 4 high rise of about 20-25 flrs when that amount won't even build a proper luxury apartment of 5 floors here....

You think building world class enviable city is by having one or two investors put up high rise in any corner they deem fit enough for their development..then your govt come running with their normal third world pathetic style road with poor attention to details in urbanisation and boom you are world class....at best you will end up like hillbrow of today and that would be your best after working tirelessly for decades..
