So you see our beautiful cities and you think tourism is all we do. My friend kenya economy is simple 25% is agriculture. Manufacturing 10%. Financial and Intermediation 10%. Real estate and construction 10%. Transport and comm 10%. Retail and Wholesaling 10%. Energy 10%. That is already 85%. The rest share the remainder..with tourism account for 1.5%...we get total earnings of 1.5B dollars. Last year tourism earnings were 1.6B in 100B economy (roughly) - so 1.5%!!
Real estate sector is down and out..thanks to covid19 it has worsen the situation....the rest are over-imagined lies

Nairobi is aiming for Joburg - not Duban, Pretoria or Capetown. Nairobi Metro for Gauteng. Mombasa should aim for Durban. Lamu eventually for Capetown.
Nonsense..all four of SA top cities are in the same level of infastructure..the only difference is economy....

Now has nairobi gotten to Pretoria, Durban,Cape town level infastructurally.....

We will be fine..1-2% - and our tourism is long haul travels - it is not meant for people who lose their jobs - because even air fare alone to Nairobi from Europe or US is a lot of money.
Top companies in Kenya are already laying off worker and govt is not even out there to protect the jobs of this victims in both public and private sector...what do you have to say about that..

South Africa has already placed all the pieces in place to recover.

Have Nairobi overtake Pretoria,Durban, Capetown..this place looks more aesthetically appealing and first world compare to anywhere in your zoo...

Kenya is expected to grow by 1-2% this year and 6% next year - but COVID-19 is fluid situation. Nigeria is back to recession lasting years. Yours is double if not a triple whammy. COVID-19, Oil, and Buhari.
Stop lying IMF/WB predicted your zoo to grow 1% this year.....now tell me if you couldn't meet your projected growth pre covid-19 (2019,2018,2017) who is to say your zoo will meet it this year amidst this pandemic when every thing has grounded to a halt..your agric sector is down and out thanks to locust and covid, your tourism sector shot and dead, infact be ready to be bury it, hospitality and air travels destroy..expect to see the dying KQ run more losses and accumulate wicked debt...

Nigeria on the other hand has agric to fall back on,coconut refinery is coming on stream, oil price trading at $35 and set to rebound over $45 in early July according to analyst...if you ask me I would it would rebound faster than that ..last month it was traded at $0 fast forward to last week it hovered around $31 and in a matter of day it now pegged at $35...we are on partial lockdown in Nigeria and not even all states went on lockdown..they are talk to.liftbtge lockdown completely in Lagos as the number of cases are dwindling further..
As for Buhari..our able president is busy putting the nation on the right economic point and funding massive infastructure...you have no point taahira

here you go trying to think again

grin grin

IEA kenya is already predicting 1% economic growth for Kenya as the worse is happening before their eyes

According to them, your economy will only recover from the current COVID sabotage in 2024.

That will put a bump in your 5 year lunatic plan to catch up with SA grin grin
If Nigeria ever experience a contraction this year we are expected to be on the recovery part come 2021 according to Fitch ratings..

Btw the bolded got me lamughing hard grin

NNPC will take a long time to sell. People are yet to exhaust futures they bought - before they go to spot trades. NNPC deal with spot contracts. Forget about Oil...and watch as Naira go to 500.
Sorry to break your heart and make you depressed but NNPC has been recording daily sales...and our currency is about N388 to $1

Yes Buhari the primary dropout can sign anything - but he needs to start doing supplementary budget every month. His estimates were crazy - overstated oil price and oil quantities - and that was long before COVID.

Nigeria forex have lost I think 10B dollars from 45 to 35B - the slight bump is 3.5B from IMF.

The expectation by end of the year - Naira to dollar will 500 - and forex reserves will drop to 15B dollars.

Already Nigeria importers cannot get dollars. The black-market rate is inching towards 500. The Naira future is past 570 smiley
You are wrong and you keep exposing yourself without logical thinking...we lost I think $2.5bn and gained over $1.5bn in 11 days...njow IMF gave us $3.4bn not $3.5bn...now tell me how $3.4bn from IMF gave us a boost of $3.5bm what infact it was about $1.5bn

Is anybody even buying Nigeria oil now? Your oil infrastructure is decaying and collapsing - and even without OPEC supply cuts - you're seeing less and less oil - as oil companies fail to invest.
Yes people are buying it..NNPC has seen barrels upon barrel exported over the past month...

Now answer this question..we want to establish you for the liar that your are...

Is oil currently trading at $20?
Has Nigeria production cut be slashed to 1m barrel per day?

Obaboon, don't ban me when you cannot face facts.

Nigeria currency to dollar is now what again 388 (black market is 450).

Now do for me a favor and divide N10.33trn divided by 388 is 26B - 2B improvement from last year

And that was budget set with fuel at nearly 60 dollar a barrel at 2.3m barrels daily.

Now think about 20 dollars a parrel with about 1M barrels per day.
I swear you love lying alot to gain comfort and feel better...
So as of today according to you oil is traded at $20 and Nigeria oil production is 1m per barrel...

Stop lying ,it is toxic to your mental health

Lorenzo by Sujimoto is still under construction that's why... it's projected to be the first fully automated building in Nigeria... And the tallest residential building in lagos.

Even Giuliano by sujimoto is currently for lease for £695,000 in VI and it's also fully automated...
Unless there's a difference between fully automated and smart buildings.
Nope....is Lorenzo tower by sujimoto underconstruction..?bros I doubt...last I heard it couldn't take off

And no it won't be the tallest building in Nigeria after completion..it won't even be taller than dimple tower in Abuja which is expected to commence construction from next year ....it should be the tallest in imoyinbut not in Nigeria

Oh you are still talking? grin I thought I cured you of that.

First Nigeria's budget is $34bn(Federal alone not counting state budgets)

. Kenya's is $28bn and full of waste. We don't do that nonsense in West Africa. Everything to an average Little Indian is about ego. Even wasteful budgets. grin

You don't kick any ass, son. Your army is ranked far below Nigeria's army. You might want to ask Kenyatta where your budget which is made up of grants and borrowings is going. wink
Nope I think it more than that....with their supposed better budget one would wonder why they dont fund as much project as Nigeria...you see us kicking arse on so many massive infastructure across the continent...

VSK construction to kick- start construction of 3 smart building edifice in uyo, if the words of the VSK GM is to be taken seriously. Immediately after the completion of the 21 storey building we are to construct a three skyliner edifice from next year due to more companies and institutions indicating plans to move to the state. See sample of the plan building below: architectural view

Akwa Ibom
Let it be known that the 21 storey building, Ibom international worship centre , Ibom international terminal complex, st Gabriel Coconut refinery and many more are still under construction by the turkish firm.

As the demand keep growing expect to see more of this...uyo CBD is rising
