Let's first check the liveable cities in Africa, you will find out that Lagos lies behind many cities including Nairobi., urban planning does not focus on building necessarily, climate is one of the key factors to take note on, Nairobi is cooler than Lagos you know, the green and lighting is another factor,. Nairobi is greener than Lagos., Let's also check the zoning, Lagos is not bad on that but the shanty dwarf houses in plenty will automatically drag you behind Nairobi, our zoning plan is on top gear and that's why you can easily see the city view by far( am talking of skyscrapper and other masterpiece buildings) for instance , you will try your best just to see the huge kibera while in cbd but you won't see it, at the same time, the legit skyscrapper(in upperhill) will be vividly seen by somebody from as far end as westlands. That should tell a lot. I have not even tackled the aesthetic prons and cons ... land scoping. City renewal and slum upgrading.... e t.c
