We are on top of our debt management. We always alternate btw debt leveraging and debt re-financing. But we have never called IMF to bail us or defaulted on our debt obligations.

I am not even sure if Ghana has existed the emergency ward of IMF so be careful - there might be no bed big enough for Nigeria in IMF.

I think we can put it as the rate at which a country is developing not how developed a country is basing on cement consumption. and as a matter of facts that is not the only indicator for measuring development, their are a number of things; retail sector, HDI, skyscrapers, wealth,infrastructure(roads,buildings,social amenities...) ... e.t.c but someone can't just wake up and say Kenya is underdeveloped basing on cement consumption.. I highly doubt figure produce in Kenya. most of the body dashing out figure are basically goverment funded. there may be some corruption elsewhere as history shows kenya goverment is highly corrupt . I challenged them to produce any recognised independent research in Kenya that has validate goverment work and it is also acknowledgable...

You are abnormal I swear. just for the year 2019, Ghana is spending about over 11. 2 billion Ghana cedis on education with additional supplement....and do you know how much is that ? . it is nearly 4 billion dollars. your economy will collapsed doing that.... how much is your total budget on education? what Ghana budget on education is what you guys are projecting toward 2020 which is 400 billion kenya shilling. that is roughly 4 billion dollars .

Ghana budget coupled with supplement will sink your entire GDP. . we are talking in excess of 50 billion dollar here and that is 2019....

Tanzania too isn't far fetched if she can improve her literacy record. so many unskilled and unprofessional individual in that country. In west africa, the guys in informal sector are the big boys. they are smart and professional. that is why it is stupid to used minimum wage to judge the standard of living in both Ghana and Nigeria.
