Abohboy: Turns out that the project hasn't actually started yet because those images were for something called the dangote jetty a port dangote built for his refinery and the actual lekki deep seaport is only finalizing funding this week. China Harbour engineering group is spending 470 million dollars in equity for a 52% stake in the project China development bank is funding it with 630 million dollars, the tolaram group has a 25% stake whilst Nigerian portd authority has 5% and Lagos state government has 20%
Which project are you talking of...I hope you are not mistaking Lekki deepseaport with badagry deepseaport..
One thing you should know is that LFTZ is greatly ostracized from the rest part of Lagos.. the distance from VI to LFTZ is quite far..LFTz is a very remote area with gated property so not much lagosians are aware that such place exist plus they have strict drone policy..You can't just walk into the property if you don't work there or you are not an investor let alone going to.places close to the port ..Lekki deapseaport is almost complete..you can watch latest update On YouTube
Hope777: How do you explain people that get cured from illness by prayers? I know God exists but why he allows bad things happen to people is what i don't understand.
Thanks though
There is nothing God cannot do...
If you are quite wealthy and you meet a girl that love you for who you are, you both can both go for Test tube ....
Bigflamie: Shits happen in this life, how can someone not be able to have sex. I can't even imagine it.
The part where you asked why God allow bad things happen to people, well I don't think God exists cos I've seen so many things that prove that he's not existing.
Don't give up in pursuit for cure.
Fvck you for saying God does not exist...you deserve an E-slap
Proper drainage should be one of the main focus of the Lagos state government.. Imagine bringing investors to the country for the first time and they see this.. Embarrassing.
The investor that is coming to the country also experience such Faye on his/her own country....it is called global warming..
johnmattew: 20 years ago, there was nothing like lekki and...in 20 years time, lekki and ajah would be history.with the rate of sandfilling and poor drainage in Lagos State,in 10 years time, mainland will merge with island and there will be no need for 3rd mainland bridge.
the Lagos islanders think they are top in Lagos,in 15 years time, ayobo and mowe might be more valuable than banana island.
Lagos, Houston,Alexandra and Miami could be part of Atlantic and Mediterranean ocean in 2060
The sole reason for constant flood in Lagos is due to global warming which is worsening on a daily basis...
Coastal cities around the world are suffering thesame fate , even new York and London...it is been said that by 2050 all coastal cities around the world will be under water..That is why building coastal walks is necessary
vaxx2: lol ....go and sleep....show us the train video of oshodi train line, okokomaiko, marina Etc...
Anybody that claim legon is uninspiring has its brained damaged somewhere. no Nigerians I know have visit legon without causing Nigerian politicians....... .. Legon hostel alone beat down UI and OAU at once , not to talk of the library or better still the teaching hospital.....
And regarding latest update on Ghana trains network ( mr YouTube) Go watch tema to Accra route, watch Takoradi route and let's see. you may even post it here ....... I don't do that childish play, i will have help you
Lol I have watched those multi -coloured newly painted train that has your flag for a design( that was like 4 months ago)....lol this is not my base , I am only here cos joeGH replied back and when he delivers my reply tomorrow I will still show my face to voice out my opinion
joeGH: So apparently these are ur best.. Come on bro u can do better.. In fact these compare with some secondary schools in Ghana which are even more advanced infrastructure wise.. If u doubt that one too, I ll give u evidence.
Hahaha this is one of those noise I hear from your fellow countrymen..Just so you know that is the best university in Africa outside three unis in South Africa and one private unis in Nigeria.....
I have just watch your legon and It looks totally uninspiring. And I am not hating but that is the truth..By the way tell me that infastructure you were talking about cos I am not seeing it.All saw was an orange roofed 1 storey building and few tress..so what else.. Obviously that is the best building you have in that uni of yours..I hope you saw the ivory tower, do you know how many storey's it is? Do you know how old that building it and still standing?
Which infastructure are talking about? Is it your Accra train that leads straight to your market square with wooden benches at your train station.....
Lol watch this video and speak infastructure to me again
Abohboy: They started producing tablets and computers last year and I hope they are planning an expansion into lekki free trade zone same for innoson imagine the growth being right next to the port and exporting your products. They even make airpods two NG ersions of it wireless Bluetooth airpods made in Africa, Nigeria to be exact they also make wireless headphones and headphones that need cables their most expensive product is the tablet/computer for 85 dollars the phones are 50-70 dollars and the airpods and headphones are 30-45 dollars
Just so you know they may start calling their airpods afropods or Afripods as well
And kegame said Rwanda is the first to open a smart form plant..
Abohboy: Just one more industry than we have the overview image and the completed buildings the free zone is divided into districts for light and heavy industrial products and for liquid and solid products the overview image is of the city part which is situated around what I call eagle lake and near the Atlantic Ocean
Just give LFTZ and I believe you know what will happen...your guess is as good as mine
Abohboy: So I will be showing man images for now here are a few images of companies that have already set up their factories this is after 2 years and you know when we said Chinese cbd we meant it
They also make insecticide there..a Chinese company
Kazikazi: My argument is about feasibility of Lamu port but not if its massive or not! Yes it is massive. But it is not feasible. Building a massive port in Lamu while the whole of northern Kenya is dormant economically is a stupid idea.
Then you said it will service Malawi,Rwanda etc. Hohohohoho. How can Malawi jump TZ and go to Kenya? How will they pass through TZ? Anyway, may be you wrote out of ignorance. Check where Malawi is. Check where is Rwanda, and currently is Rwanda building a speed electric railway with TZ and DRC connecting to DAT port? Have you heard about Mtwara corridor in southern TZ where the TZ government have just completed a feasibility study for electric SGR from Mtwara port in southern TZ to Mbamba bay in the shores of lake Malawi/Nyasa to service Malawi cargo? Recently, Malawi have committed themselves to use TZ ports for all their cargo.previously they had some stuff passing Beira port in Mozambique
Yeah you are right.. feasibility, demand, and position matters..
Adhoboy never you have qualms with our brother kazikazi...he is our guy
Kazikazi: You are laughable! What you don't understand is,building a Lamu port without demand was stupid. Building Lamu port by expecting Ethiopians won't make peace with Eritrea was stupid too. Building Lamu port and expect TZ cargo was foolish. You took a huge loan from China, only the heavens knows how you will pay that! The word deep sea port fascinates you! Do you know how deep the port should be to have that tag of deep port?
Don't compare TZ with your failed state! We have 4 big ports. We are not a small nation with one working port! We are a united republic.
Stop this talk about Turkana oil.your oil is just too little
Mkenya2019: Dreamland. 561 Billion dollars That port will not be completed in next 10yrs. That will be another Ibandan-Lagos expressway or Ajakouta steel mill or name any public project in Nigeria -
Loll cry me a River....we are not Kenya and we don't have Kenyatta as a leader to dissapoint us..
Abohboy: I swear things keep on getting better and better the port is going to generate about 561 billion dollars no because Chad and Niger have asked to have their produce delivered through there and the smart taxes and concessions will provide over 561 billion in revenue and if the government owns 40% of that you get 224 billion dollars every year from it
With the other ports in bakasi and calabar the government will be making half a trillion dollars every year from our ports and through the special economic zones like the textile, technology and industrial ones Nigeria will be creating over 7 million jobs over all
Lol.i said this thing some month ago and they told me that we are not ARAMCO lol
Abohboy: I personally search it and went to the kpa (Kenyan ports authority) website and it said it is majority funded by the south African development bank and a private Chinese company whilst the small 10% is for the French, British stakeholders and the Kenyan government
Mkenya2019: Do more research please. LAMU PORT IS WHOLLY FINANCED by Kenya Gov. It being built by Chinese company but funded by Kenya gov. Lekki deep sea is not happening. When it happens you'll have pictures...not google maps of some tiny structures.
Lol.i beg every Nigerian, no one should bother showing him pictures.thst would be you stressing yourself
..hahahaha trust me he will definitely chew on his word by the time it is completed
Mkenya2019: Mombasa port have overtaken Lagos port complex in cargo throughput. I think Lagos is down to 1.2M TEUS a year while Mombasa is doing 1.3M TEUS (about 33m metric tonnes). Mombasa does twice Dar Port. Durban does 2.7M.
As for Lekki deap seaport - it will not see the light of the day without FUNDING. And that can only happen when oil price goes back to 100 dollars (never going to happen).Lekki was suppose to be operation last year - but construction is yet to start.
Now LAMU already knocked down 3 out of 32 berths - built in record 2-3yrs.
That uncertainty us your problem@ bolded.it just potrayed the rest rubbish you wrote as a mere thought you have in your head...
Sorry can you come again...which Lekki deepseaport is supposed to be ready last year? Is it the one in Lagos or the one In Your head? You mean something that started last year is expected to be completed last year....hmmmmm i am sorry we are not FLASH
