See dude every coastal cities around the world is experiencing heaving flooding due to global warming . Residents of London, new York, Shanghai, hong kong are complaining seriously and they is nothing the govt can do about it. US just recently approved over $46bn to build wall round their coastal cities and London and every coastal cities around the world are doing thesame.... World bank is about to release funds to tackle this menace in West Africa but it will require the combined effort of all west Africa country leaders affected by this climate issue to put them self forward for it.
It is been predicted that by 2050 all coastal cities around the world will be under water and the entire world is this fight together.. we can't loose our cities to the waters.. walls that are built around ekoatlantic and IIBC are things that can protect our cities and we need more of that in a very long stretch..

But what I can't seem to understand is how an inland city like nairoslum will have her CBD a.k.a "your most international spot" flooded every time it rains... That is poor drainage system

Yes I was going to say that earlier @bolded....Prior to some of the recent pictures they made on their Instagram post, there was this particular pic that revealed an extension of what seem like a dredging, reclamation and wall building...Plus I recall reading last year when he said first phase of ekoatlantic will be completed in October 2019 and if you look at it most of the infastructures in the first phase has been installed

Kenya police long passed that level.They lease new vehicles every year and when it breaks down they get a new one immediately as old one is towed away.They have fuel card so you never hear of police failing to respond due to car issues.Kenya police also have good medical and life insurance.

Give me two links ..one from last year's vehicle leasing a d the other one for this year....old I am not talking of matatu leasing and you should start from ones counties outside nairobi....
