I honestly couldn't care less about what your meaning of deploy is........In fact you don't know what the meaning is yourself since you've contradicted yourself on multiple occasions.

I know exactly what the make up of the UN is(and I've stated that the UN consists out of members states on a number of occasions) , I also know what their deployment policy is, I've followed UN missions for close to 10 years now which makes me much more knowledgeable than a Person who doesn't know the difference between proforce and the ARA.

No the biggest refinery in the world is Jamnagar refinery in India , the same refinery where dangote is sending his engineers and technicians to train.

Also dangote refinery is being built by Indian government owned engineering company named Engineers India Ltd ( EIL ) the same company which built the largest refinery ( Jamnagar refinery ) in the world.

Jamnagar refinery in India has the capacity to process 1.24 million barrels of crude oil per day.

Dangote refinery has the capacity to process 0.65 million barrels of crude per day.

It is the largest in Africa but not the largest in the world.

A few month ago the idiot started his madness spree about Lagos and what did I do....I simply travelled to YouTube with my unlimited data bundle watch a 6month old video of what gabrone CBD(a country with a population of just 2million) looks like and I was greatly disappointed...I saw untarred roads with zinc plated shanty buildings waiting to be attacked by water, oxygen and salt so corrosion can kick off and produce a more filthy looking CBD for an international spot...And to think that is the most prominent spot in his entire shiithole which houses visitors makes me want to stone his past and present govt...
The whole place looked so desserted....it was like an empty creepy town haunted by ghosts
