I agree with you. Lagos was clean and more organised during fashola era...but you must remember that the population wasn't thesame.... Ambode has done quite a remarkable amount of job within a short period of time but he also chose to neglect some really important basic things..... He was more determined to forcefully and aggressively make Lagos a global city without taking Note of basic and key things
