I just had a brief wicked laugh No chair, internet and electricity but they will tell you they enjoy this three things most especially the illusory constant electricity the scam liars has been exposed
obaaderemi: Just when we thought the starving was only in Turkana!
Kazikazi has always said it: we are arguing with liars and starving little Indians.Only starvelings can talk the way these Kenyans talk. 30% of Nairobi's population starve. Some of them are here. You know them by their constant presence on a foreign site.
Hahahah so funny. Thanks for this wonderful update
jln115: dude i did not impose anything on you.... I simply responded to your statement that the proforce ARA 2 has been exported to South africa and the UN.
The fact that you did not see, read or understand the deference/ and or link between proforce and ARA is not my problem. It was your own ignorance that got you in this position.
You just keep repeating yourself bro..I did not use the word ARA intially..simple
jln115: So I must switch the T in sent with a smiley face??
Ok there you go: sen
Tell me again how this makes sense?
Switch the "T" with " D "...ITS A MISTAKE based on the way nairaland is programmed..try put the letter d (in block letters) in the middle of that symbol without creating a space, you will end up with a smiley..I just discovered that now
Kazikazi: How can u ask who own it? That is a hotel.you can pay to stay there even for a lifetime, that means u will be the owner. Do u have a head with brain inside?
Let the supposedly East Africa tourism hub have one in Mombassa... No wonder your tourism sector sucks and they will keep surpassing with their large tourism receipt
obaaderemi: That one is crazy. A ranking that put Nairobi ahead of Algiers and Teheran can not be taken seriously.
Honestly I wonder where they get that pride from cos I don't see how that city of theirs is worth it..infact anyone that mentions nairobi and Tehran or Cairo or even Algiers together is worthy of a dirty wicked slap
Stevoh18: Nigeria would be full smoke from "yellow fever" and tuktuks...yellow all over
You are silly you just want to drag attention.. you can't compare your transport infrastructure with ours..hit me when any of Your cityvillage can afford this not that old rickety outdated colonial commuter rail . remember this is neither Lagos nor Abuja but portharcourt(just wait some few years and portharcourt will kill you with a light rail , for now just manage this light rail)
I am sorry I tried making you understand..it doesn't hit me by surprise that you couldn't grab what I meant even though I took the pain of simplifying it for you..
TayserMahri: Thats possibly because you are peculiar samorobo. The rest of humanity would choose, and actually chooses, Nairobi. Stop trying to magnify their insecurity to be any worse than Nairobi's when it suits you. They havent had any 'more' high profile attacks than Westgate and Dusit. But we still kick their arse in any city livability ranking. Why would you choose infrastructure alone as if you would be in Algiers for the sole purpose of commuting? I told you there are many things that would attract and make living comfortable in a city. A good example is that typically the first thing that will attract you to a city is work opportunities, and because you are a Nigerian, and Nigerians like big things (all people do no biggie ), you'd want a job with the UN or one of the major NGOs. That outrightly knocks Algiers out of the competition because they dont have the UN HQs, neither is Algiers a multinational and NGOs HQ. Even before the competition starts Nairobi has floored Algiers. Nairobi has all those "multinationals" aka top tier job opportunities, and that is often the top reason why expats flock to Nairobi. The same goes for other things from schools to entertainment to social events and even language. Algiers for instance will typically only attract Frenchmen and French speaking people and a few Arabs. That locks out more than half the world. Other than their tramways, there is nothing else better than Nairobi in Algiers as far as commuting is concerned. Nairobi also has intracity trains of which you were showed stations the other day and you infamously wrongly dismissed them as the SGR and then you drummed your chest like a ninja
See dude leave all this long talk speak the truth , that list is biased and it is majorly influenced because of UN presence in Nairobi. You are say job, so cities like Austria,Geneva has more job with more bubbling economic activities than the great NEW YORK...A ranking that put nairobi above great cities like TEHRAN,CAIRO, ALGIERS can never be taken serious.. not every ranking online is entirely true just like not most things potrayed by the western media to the world about Africa is not true.. You are saying I am magnifying Algiers insecurity, Do you know how many people died in that same city just 2 weeks ago or even last month.. most of these cities like TEHRAN,Cairo, Algiers Have a long history of war & terrorism tendencies.. The thing with you guys is that you overhype Nairobi and I don't know where this pride is coming from honestly.. learn to respect and accept those that are ahead of you so you may get someday and equally be respected... only a mad man will chose Nairobi over Algiers, Cairo,Tehran ...Below is tehran, the city nairobi is supposedly better than and liveable than.
TayserMahri: So why was Nairobi still kicking arse? Kenya also had its own share of attacks in the recent past (even Nairobi). this thing goes well beyond mere security to include the built and natural environments (like in Nairobi; forests, national park, museums) economic prosperity, social stability and equity, education opportunities (countless naijas and other africans in our unis), cultural, entertainment and recreation possibilities. A city like Abuja does woefully bad on the last three, even Mombasa beats it. In other words, if somorobo sat down and made a list of things that attract him to a city, then his choices would match that of Nairobi than it would Algiers.
Firstly countless kenyans and other Africans are also in our unis.. see bro leave the security issue, there is a saying in Nigeria pidgin that says "NA CONDITION MAKE CRAYFISH BEND" IF NOT for Algiers insecurity you won't have the temerity to equate both cities. Yes Nairobi have had few attacks but it is nothing compared to theirs. If you ask me wish I prefer I would prefer city with better infastructure and that you know is no Nairobi... Algiers has better roads and more road connectivity with modern intercity train and busses that makes it easier for me to commute rather than stuck in an inevitable traffic with no hope to escape through other options..infact infastructure wise generally they trump nairobi by a long margin and it's an insult to even think of, talkless trying to equate both because some silly ranking says so
But to that end neither has Proforce exported any vehicles to the UN, as most of the vehicles deployed on UN missions are owned by the participating nations of those missions and not the UN directly.
I did not admit to anything,I simply point out what I missed..the rest is just story for the gods .
English is what is causing issues here. The word "deploy" can also mean "use", it was definitely exported so it can be used by UN MISSIONS.
Proforce has achieved exports of its APCs to Rwanda, the Central African Republic and South Sudan. These vehicles have been deployed with United Nations’missions.
Kazikazi: How are the mining laws in Nigeria? Do they allow small scale mining or is it only for big companies?
Tbh I don't really know. Mining in Nigeria is still in it infant stage but I am aware that govt has been trying to change the narrative of Nigeria being just an oil destination to a mining destination..so far we've seen some companies taking up the wheels in that sector but I am not really sure of small scale mining..I will verify that for you.... Anyone who can help him out here
Kazikazi: I only deal with high temperature stuff which are used in mining.I am thinking of looking for new markets in west Africa like Ghana and Burkina Faso.am a big man
Mining.. you can tap into Nigeria mining industry, it's growing most especially gold mining
TayserMahri: The Cairo of today is definitely NOT more livable than Nairobi, same with Algiers. Who wants to go to a city with no booze like Algiers? The key thing to note is “city rankings are a window onto the projected tastes of a highly specific elite.” Not to mention that at any given time there is a Sukhoi or deadly missiles swishing over the city as the army does its daily drills to scare the populace Generally you wont feel very welcome in Algiers. Ask Algerian1
Nairobi is a magnet for expats from all over the globe and its friendlier atmosphere and other factors that highly specific elites prefer are ever present.
If you dont believe me, read this
You just echoed what I was telling your brother ..it has to do with security issues.. I know Algiers has some kinda terrorism issue which I stated earlier but your brother knows all this but was trying so hard to paint it as another thing . When you look at Lagos and Abuja it is even more biased as I have never heard of any Boko Haram attack or herdsmen attack in Lagos .in Abuja there where few bombing during the previous administration"Jonathan era" precisely during the chibok girls episode but ever since then Abuja as been super safe but being that Nigeria insecurities has grown in the north international rankings would like to make it seems as if it occurs in major cities of Lagos and Abuja and that because they didn't conduct proper research and investigations
SUFFERInSMILIIN: [s]most Nigerians like to brag how rich they are.how rich their country is. But what I am see from this forum is most of them are using cell phones less than hundred US dollar not even that a lot of them are using cheap browsers like opera Mini. The snapshot from their phones is such poor quality and it camera[/s
You have two aim on this thread , sometimes it is to gain attention with words "like come and seed down" or to simply make a fool of yourself.. firstly I don't even have an opera mini app in my phone, secondly I screenshots that image from Instagram some 3 days ago and transferred it to my new phone(make use of your eye) Now my previous phone is a Samsung galaxy S6 , tell me poor farmer slave boy is that cheap, maybe it is in Botswana not Nigeria
