As for the rest well EA, does not have a light rail since that was scrapped for normal busses and no mention of sky cars, stadiums or airports

When you factor in the fact that it is a smart city(SA isn’t), took water transport within busy district into consideration,energy efficient city with all buildings expected to meet the green EDGE standard,a marina right in the middle of the city,renewable energy even down to refuse then you will see that waterfall,SA and the rest of the world(save for a very few cities across the globe ) is loosing badly.

And yes eko Atlantic will harness the airports and stadium that is originally supposed to be in her second phase. A typical exalt “same shit,different smell”. They all belong to thesame whatsapp group.

Point is that why isn’t Ethiopia number since it’s Africa’s second largest population.

Do you even know it’s would have been better if the report claimed we have more people bleaching than in percentage. The canal is an advanced transport option created to ease traffic and faster Urban movement in peak hours.
And your gautrain is just a drive through or stopover at the city,EAc has its own private train moving throughout the entire city not sharing with the rest of Lagos .

Waterfall like the rest of sandton and South Africa is anything but smart.eko Atlantic is 21st century city with cutting edge technology .you are basically replicating more previous south africa not future South Africa ,get the difference.
EAC is an energy efficient smart city that has a mandate for all its building to meet the “green EDGE standard”,same cannot be said fir sandton ,waterfall or the rest of SA likewise Europe and US.For starters no where in SA is even a smart city just some basic 20th century stuff.

Once they both developed it would look like they both grew together not knowing they are entirely different projects with different developer.by extension of their closeness visitors,residents can equally use the airport if this other city to get to EAC.

My bru you can write your lectures all you want however it ain't going to change the fact that the likes of Waterfall city which isn't even the biggest development in SA is twice the size of Eko Atlantic, has/had a bigger development budget, has facilities like a Airports(yes plural since there is one built specifically for helicopters), several schools, universities, hospital...a mall that has the retail space equivalent of nearly half the entire Lagos, the newest and most modern office buildings you will ever find...........Eko Atlantic is nice, and the fact that it's being built on land reclaimed from the Atlantic is state of the art however the project as a whole is certainly not any more modern than what is being development in SA or even in countries like Egypt.

It’s is miles ahead of anything in Africa. And yes the second phase of eko Atlantic was supposed to include an airport,but they just sold it to a new real estate group that will be reclaiming their lands adjacent to eko Atlantic.And their new city dubbed “OCEAN CITY”would feature a massive airport,stadiums,amphitheater,office buildings,retail and the likes. So yeah there you have it.

Get me any city that has its busy business district tailored with a canal for waterway transport across every street then I will take you serious. That alone singles out eko Atlantic.

Also will your city be having a rail service and skycar,personal rapid transit across the city.
