Lutian 3600 and 2500 are packaged in the same carton. Lt3600 is 2.75-3.1kva and lt2500 is 2.2-2.5kva.
Make sure u check very well that it is lt3600

Yes, I use lutian 3600, and it carries my 1hp water pump, small freezer, 2ceiling fans and 2 plasma tv though I don't power the freezer and water pump together

Lutian fake generators are not much in the market if all there are. U can tell them to loose the coil and u inspect the coil. Pls, try to know the differences between copper and aluminum coil before u go to market

Boss, just got this sumec 3000e2 before I stumbled on this thread and it's now looking fake to me because I saw a post on here stating that shinny engine is another way to know a fake gen and this one looks shinny, though I haven't used it yet

So after countless research and enquiries, I finally bought this Maxmech RWD-3800 generator, with 2.0KW (2.5KVA) rated output.

It was actually on a second thought, as my initial plan was a Thermocool or Firman gen. But the ones around that size were way too expensive for my budget. I know the usual skepticism around newer models but I made sure to gather a lot of info from current users of this particular product before going ahead.

I want to try and do something which I wish other users did more on this thread, which is giving a review of usage over time + any major events that happens with the gen so other users can get an idea of how the product is.

So, I turned on the generator for the first time today after doing the usual. Fueled it with just 3 litres (since I'll be heading back to school with the gen soon). I didn't give myself too much headache with engine oil, just bought a Total 20W50. My dad mistakenly overfilled the oil tank but it didn't produce any smoke.

The sound is unbelievably low & very tolerable even in close range. (although it's basically only running two energy saving bulbs right now).

Closely monitoring the fuel consumption now to get an estimate but it seems okay so far.

I've made sure to go through the manual and follow the instructions carefully so let's hope the gen really serves over time with appropriate maintenance.

How much did you buy it? Is it 100% Copper?

You don't have to turn everything on at the same time. That pump will stress the gen sha.

Since u said that the pumping machine will stress the 2.5kva Tec Bobo, what do u advice?

Itec power generator 3.5kva will do the job for you. Its relatively unknown but has very good reviews by customers who purchased it. It's quite expensive for the electric starters but you will get a good bargain on konga. Konga is selling directly from their warehouse, so it's cheaper and more reliable than other dealers bc they are the main distributors. It can power a 1.5hp ac conviniently due to its optimised alternator design. Not many generators out there have this. Me sef na lutian I wanted to buy before, but this model seems better. I dey save money to buy the electric starter. Rated output is 3.5kva, max rated output is 4kva.
