infrastructure in one of the less developed part of Lagos and not just the CBD,this is real development and not developing one part and allowing other places to rot away. Its abule-egba in Lagos, far from the high brow area of lagos ,developing into a city

NairobiWalker: Lagos GDP (The cooked one) = $91 B, Lagos population estimate = 17 - 21 billion
Nairobi GDP = $39 B, Nairobi population estimate 5 - 6 million.
With a population 4 times that of Nairobi, Lagos has a GDP only slightly above twice that of Nairobi. See? That's it now. You can't compare the richest part of Nigeria to the whole of Kenya. If you have to do comparisons compare the richest to the richest. Nairobi has a disproportionate higher GDP in comparison to other sections of Kenya just like Lagos to Nigeria. See, I can't use the fact that Nairobi GDP is almost as big as the entire Ghana's to claim Ghana is way poorer than Kenya. 1. Nigeria. 2.SouthAfrica 3. Egypt. *(loading.... Lag..) 4.Morocco 5. Lagos * With the completion of the major projects in Lagos and the 3,000MW power,Lagos will control Africa,Lagos means business |

freshest4live: Stop spamming this thread, no one ever compared development in Nigeria to southafrica, the arguement has always been... without the white man, would it be another Zimbabwe or no? I bodily say it that, Nigeria is even challenging them with their so called white dominated country. There are big projects happening in Nigeria that is first of its kind in Africa |

Obi1kenobi: The last time I did economics was in secondary school, so I'm certainly not an expert, but I don't see how that makes sense. GDP is simply the total value of goods produced and services provided in a country during one year. It has nothing to do with the government budget. The budget would normally be dependent on government revenue and loans may be taken to finance deficits. Nigeria has a very low government revenue due to most of the revenue being derived from crude sales and crude oil only accounts for about 15% of Nigeria's GDP, but well over 90% of our Forex earnings (since we export little else) and about 80% of government revenue. its increasing, especially revenues from agric, minerals, tax etc |

Obi1kenobi: You can post all the laughing smileys you want. We know you're still wretched ass slaves in your own country. Black people who constitute over 80% of South Africa only hold about 23% of the JSE stocks. If you remove the PIC pension funds from it, whites control well over 90% of stocks. The overwhelming majority of the top 100 firms listed on the JSE are still white managed and owned. All your Sandtons that you brag about and show off are overwhelmingly settled by whites. Lucky for you, they've shown the enterprise and resourcefulness and work ethic to carry your economy on its back and attract the investment that enables those amongst your lazy hordes who are willing to work to aspire to something. It's certainly not because of fuckktards like Zuma that shower to avoid HIV after raping women. Your per capita GDP has crashed from over $8000 to just over $5200 under the clown since 2011. are you just knowing him,why give him audience |

Obi1kenobi: There doesn't exist a Nigerian who doesn't know South Africa is considerably more developed than Nigeria. Not sure what it is with the Saffer spamming the thread. We do know though that it would have great similarities with Zimbabwe and Malawi and Mozambique without whitey who controls an incredible portion of the wealth. Though I know you'd rather kid yourself otherwise. don't mind that black guy that seeks attention. |

Across Eko Atlantic, independent reliable electricity, advanced fibre optic telecoms, and clean water utility services are already installed below street level. With the foundations in place, this magnificent engineering and technological city is now rising Another:Eko Atlantic is a marvel of modern engineering and technology, and a testament to the rise of Nigeria on the world stage. https://www.lagosat50.org.ng/eko-atlantic?_e_pi_=7%2CPAGE_ID10%2C2531783870

GERALD710: Our Konza City is by far Superior. Because unlike your Eko Atlantic which is owned by the Lebanese. Konza City is a purely Government of Kenya Initiative.Funded by Taxpayers money and owned by the Ministry of ICT. So,No. pls always try not to state untrue facts all in the name of patriotism. CNN and BBC and others call it,one of the worlds most advanced and latest city. It is more mightier than konza,at least i am happy for Kenya because its a good project. The reclaiming of the land and building of the great wall self makes you know its not a small project compared to konza. It has received global attention by many international tourists and rich people abroad like bill gates. Who told you the government is not funding it. You say technology, are you telling me there would be no R and D in the city,it was also initiated to drive technology and science in lagos ,that's always the aim of a smart city.It is more diverse than konza because it oversees everything on science, technology, luxury, accommodation The Amount of EKO Atlantic city is more than that of KONZA I think it can be compared with projects like Enugu centenary city,Orange Island in Lagos and Imperial international business city which is also one of Lagos smart city |

somehow correct, speaking of ladies, they pretend a lot, some or most ladies are kind of proud when some guys approach them. Meanwhile, in their mind, they are blushing and amazed at such guys handsomeness. I like ladies that are cool, gentle, God fearing, humble and also pretty. I respect them alot and can do anything for them even if its to help them. Ladies should please stick to love and not money |

We challenge our leaders to do more and maybe because of some that enjoys criticizm Lagos is criticized by Nigerians because Nigerians want more Many projects and so also leaders are also criticized because we believe its not enough. Nigeria is far developed than any east African country, take it or swallow it. |

Abuja remains the most well planned and structured city in Africa. A city with world class roads plus walkways and greeneries. Everything about abuja city has been planned, the FG is still following the Abuja master plan. Residential Estates are top-notch in this city |
