londoner: Those images of Lagos are really nice, just as nice or better (some might say)than some images posted of a neighbouring country that was praised for the images.
Lagos has not yet shown it's best. Eko Atlantic City will set a whole new standard for West Africa. It is our very own Dubai concept of building a city where there was no obvious prospects too. One reclaimed from the sea and one built in the desert. be bold to say Africa. CNN and BBC call it"one of the worlds most Advanced city" |

I think I read sometime that south African economy doesn't encourage investments from another country. I read that many Nigerians closed businesses because of the hostile and harsh policies |

FASH23: Oga, u can't compare those ones with lagos own I say this without insult,Lagos traffic has and is still reducing with the standardizing of the roads, building more flyovers, the urban light rail and even the effective water transport system. Sometimes it amazes me that we can even have a good thing like Lagos. Aside from infrastructure, Lagos government is also empowering the youths, employing less privilege, improving agriculture, improving the livelihood of its citizen. Lagos government shouldn't be praised because they're doing their job but i think they are trying |

KENZINCO: I'm sure u haven't been to or live in Lagos all you life because if you have, you would know that the "HOLD UP" is part of what make Lagos what we like in fact,Lagos is trying to curtail traffic with technology by using sensitive street lights and others |

I assure you,if you know or pass through the rural areas of Lagos, you will admit that there is real development. Come to rural settlements in Lagos and see encouraging structures. Lagos is not where it is today, but I can tell you it is developing. The government is targeting a vision to make Lagos global. My point is,only an untrue fellow Will say its not developing or its not beautiful. Oshodi,Iyana ipaja etc in Lagos were deplorable compared to now that it is drastically improving. The oshodi transport interchange will change the face of oshodi |

NairobiWalker: Next time you go to school, choose SA or Kenya or Ghana or anything but Nigeria buddy. You sound like you got some really deplorable schooling. pls stop speaking out of point, who are you to tell me the kind of education I received, for your information, I received quality education from well professioned and well seasoned tutors. You people can't stop comparing because of your inferiority complex towards this country,be free from measuring up with this great country. When all your Kenyans are always talking, you sound pained and different from them. Don't ever compare the quality of education in my country to others. Some of your so called universities in Kenya and even ghana look like secondary school in Nigeria |

I love Nigerian culture, it is one of the few and most promoted culture in Africa. When World leaders meet or African leaders meet for summit or any discussion,Nigerian leaders;governor's, senators, minister, etc are always among the few dressed Leaders promoting its country's culture. As Bad as most of our politicians are,one thing makes me like them, their dressing. Speaking In Formal sector, especially public sector, workers are expected to be dressed in Native attire which makes most Fridays and weekends sparkle. We export our culture to the rest of the world, our cultural designs are top-notch. Maybe because Nigeria is the capital of Culture in Africa. Our media stations like AIT,NTA etc have their newscasters dressed in native attire, I am happy, when I see Nollywood stars, actors, musicians etc dressed in local attire. Nigeria is my father Land God bless this Great country God bless the President God bless Nigerians God bless Africa
